It's a WeakAura called 'Warlock: Pandemic'. It tracks DoTs for all the Warlock specs but I only find it necessary for Affliction since they have so many different effects they apply to the target.
Do you do coaching? I'm trying to switch to affliction for Echo and Sark reclears after coming back from a break and I want to remind my team that they missed me by being amazing.
Sorry for the late reply; I don't do coaching. If you want to learn more about the fights you can look at my logs for Echo and Sark. There are some variations but I tend to play similarly every pull. Of course you'll have to play the fights to truly get a hang of it but it can't hurt to look at different positionings and timings.
