Initially the issue was that he tricked a man in his group into kissing another man while he was blindfolded and thought he was kissing a woman. As of today a young woman came forward and accused one of group members of rape. David removed the video that shows him and his friends getting this girl drunk to the point of unconscious (age 20) and laughing about having had sex with her.

It took a lot of us by surprise, especially since he’d been one of the primary people on the platform preaching about covid safety protocols, social distancing, no unnecessary travel, etc. and so to see him blatantly violating those rules was very disturbing to a lot of viewers. His apology was weak asf and he posted it on his much smaller channel so his bigger viewership wouldn’t get impacted by his wrongdoings. One of the girls is now speaking out but her identity has been protected for her safety and future. She was in college at the time it happened. He doesn't think he was in the wrong. He blamed his friend, well he had filmed for content. He had schemed up the entire video. His friend says thanks David at the end of it. IF HE had NOTHING to do with it, why is he being thanked? When I saw this I immediately thought of you and wanted you to analyze this. Thank you for doing so, I've been following this story and its disgusting.

And yes anyone else there are bystanders and should be held accountable for not stopping this. As for Trisha she left before this girl was drunk. When the alcohol got put in the mix she told Jason they needed to leave so she was not there to see the extent of what happened and neither was Jason. She has stated she feels awful for even being there, even though there was no way she would have known what would happen that night.

An article just came out about a rape that happened for content. They gave underage girls alcohol and one blacked out and (her and another girl were) taken into the bedroom with Dom.
