I had to contact the bank for the pay in 4 I used, and they made an investigation. Took about a week later for a refund, which I did not expect to receive at all. I don't recommend people purchase this, and Edel's details on production time and shipping are non-existent, and just as their communication it. Definitely, not worth the $490 I paid for it, let alone increased cost of it now. It is too much money to pay to someone who give very little assurance the product will actually be delivered. If people do buy this, make sure you are using a payment platform and bank that will easily allow a chargeback.

I can tell a Hammond Collection Spinosaurus will kind of look like this amazing figure. I say maybe cause knowing Mattel, it'll have huge feet, glass eye (hopefully done better), rubber membranes and tongue, a longer tail, and hopefully they can add the mid stomach articulation

It is a sketchy process to be honest, which is why seeing this review is a good sign. They definitely should handle the process better, as It is not appealing to most consumers.

It reminded me of the animatronic spino from JP3. Its huge, beautifully painted, has hyperarticulation, had extreme level coolness it to. What more could u ask for? This is *the coolest* spinosaur model i have *ever* seen in my life.
I was really looking forward to my figure, I had ordered the rexy figure, but Edel had cancelled my order and refunded me and that I could place my order again when I got my refund, which is great but when I told them that I wasn’t gonna reorder it cause they had raised the price since I had first places the order they proceeded to tell me good luck then blocked me.

Having them run of with your money. With no chance of a refund since you waited out of the time frame. Avoid purchasing from edel at all cost’s.
