I have everything to start hydrodipping but have not found anything on it well water will work okay or if I need to buy bottled water

I believe any water will work just fine.

You're good. The water does NOTHING but provide a holder for the paint. You could do this in milk if you wanted to lol (obviously that would be gross, just an example)
