That was such a powerful and wonderful moment when President Bush senior paid tribute to the Great Billy Graham. When a Powerful man like President Bush Senior is moved to such emotion,it is a real inspiration to me. I am British and it is wonderful to know that a powerful Nation like the U.S.A. has such wonderful Faith in God.

Yes though this man has a trail of much corruption throughout his life before the eyes of God Almighty that I'm sure he knows he could never hide from, but also NO ONE is beyond God's inexhaustible MERCY. If President Bush Sr. can weep while talking about Billy Graham's life, then there is still hope for him before the eternal eyes of God. Thru his life, others talked - alot. Billy Graham recited verbatim the words of the Bible every chance he had - pure water, clear, nobody's "opinion". Do what Billy Graham recommended to a young woman many years ago - "read your Scriptures" - READ, SPEAK THEM OUT.

He's alive NOW. He died back then. I recall his very well publicized funeral back in the late 1990s. Others recall his death later, 2009 to 2012.

Billy Graham has set a yardstick to measure our own spiritual growth, in our mishapened generation.
Franklin Graham says at the 4:34 mark, that "separation of Church and State" were never in our Constitution. Perhaps not that exact phrase. However, today, some Candidates say we "cannot have a Muslim or an Atheist President", implying we can only have Christian Presidents.
We should remember in Article VI of the Constitution, it says:
"... no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States".
And the First Amendment states:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."
BTW, I have been a born-again Christian for 42 years and I have read Billy Graham's book "World Aflame" and consider him to be a very good Man of God.

Excellent story. I do need to make a correction to Franklin's understanding that the phrase "a wall of separation between church and state" dates only to WW2. Actually, it was coined 200 years ago by Thomas Jefferson in describing the function of the First Amendment to a group of Baptists.
