Man ! I've been looking at several mice lately that could replace my Steelseries Aerox 3 but without holes and could do the same thing (so internal battery, light weight, good shape for gaming but not tiring for productivity, and bluetooth for laptop use when I'm moving and not gaming) Not saying that the Aerox hasn't been good, it's been awesome, but there is definitely some quirks that are annoying as fuck, epecially the huge RGB defuser (that I don't use) that adds weight and traps the dust inside, and the scroll wheel which is a pain to clean. Also had to change the skates as the stock ones were really bad. Last thing was the fact that there was no housing for the USB dongle, and teh dongle itself was USB-C (???) so basically just use BT when you're out. This one is kinda pricey, but it seems to be the perfect fit ! Near identical shape, simpler scroll wheel design, no holes, space for the USB dongle which is USB A (in what world is having USB-A and argument lmao, thanks steelseries) and on top of that better sensor, better accuracy and it's lighter. Guess we have a winner
There are may mice that fit that shape. The Roccat Burst Pro Air, Vaxee XE. The Haste Wireless is another decent option as mentioned by someone else. In general I like that style/shape and have covered a number of them check @TheProfosist
looks like the only way to compete with logitech superlight is copying from it, giving up the RGB that ROG used to be proud of, just like what Razer did. Good job, Logitech
Somewhat off topic. Does anyone have a mouse recommendation for larger hands? My mouse tends to scoot back into my palm since it doesnt have full contact in my palm.
Cool and all but meh, nothing special or new, just for noobs to mess with stuff though. Many mice have no or close to no CPI deviation, some have some yeah, but nothing that you can't correct in general without this. But for sure all manufacturers should have calibrated sensor out of the box, it's just slacking. Also, you're better off in a specific game to see what sens to use for it anyway. In an actual game environment where you'll also notice if you need to lower or increase and such.
When I used the sensitivity finder in aimland I kept getting higher sensitivity’s I think because I have lazy aim don’t move arm and I started valorant at .67 send and I’m trying aimlabs .58 sens
Considering my Rexus Daxa 3 Mouse still can get the job done, I think I'll stay with it. Unless Asus ROG could persuade me to change to the Mouse in the video.
An interesting note from my Apex experience. I run R99 and usually firing range with it quite a bit. I've noted that if I have two mice at 800 dpi, the R99 sprays feel significantly different depending on the in game sens. And I ended up trying pro settings from pros using the G Pro X, Pros using the Razer Viper, and did seem to find that I could stay on target and beam easier with the right settings for the mouse? I.e. My aim gets thrown off target less when I run 1.0 in game + 800 dpi with the G Pro X, But with the Razer it's 1.5 + 800 dpi and 1.3 seems to be a bit more optimal for my random mice like the X2 and Xtrfy M8. The fact that 1.5 is high and razers dpi is probably higher, suggests to me that perhaps the interval of polling rate updates or the amount of change in position per update might affect recoil control
Asus mouse is of poor quality: bad assembly quality, the wheel will stop working correctly after two months of use. Moreover, this is not the problem of one an instance (I replaced it with a new one several times under warranty, but the problem returned). I recommend buying this device only when you find out on which components it built on and a little later when there will be more feedback
Correct me if I'm wrong but, isn't it typically better to have a much higher DPI setting on the mouse, giving your system more accurate "information" to work with and then just turn down the sensitivity in-game. For example people who study ergonomics find that about 1inch of mouse movement is optimal for moving the cursor from the left edge of the screen to the right edge. So if your screen is 2560x1440 the the "optimal" dpi would be about 2560.
You are incorrect. Often mice are just making up information that is higher than their native range. Newish sensors cap at 1600. Something like the SteelSeries Rival 600 threw some of its top end away to be native up to 2400. Some of the latest sensors are supposedly native at all steps but are likely just using integer scaling (so its just a multiple of something lower or higher). This video from the launch of Logitech G still mostly holds up to this day. Look up "Logitech HQ: François Morier, Senior Engineer Explains Mouse Sensor" should be by on Tom's hardware channel

just had my pulse elite and I was like why is this not as good as the mini viper. Forgot to turn off that enhace precision. Thank you dmitri!
Now I would say this feels way better than my mini. Bummer that it has inferior software.
Can this mouse essentialy teach you how to set up your mice for 3rps/fps or gaming in general? Cause I still dont know what dpi or settings I play at.
If the Mouse maker`s put the sensor, way in the front. Or even better under were you have your index-finger... And now they have made A precise Mouse.
they have tried this. doesnt adapt well to multiple different grip types
Thank you
Man ! I've been looking at several mice lately that could replace my Steelseries Aerox 3 but without holes and could do the same thing (so internal battery, light weight, good shape for gaming but not tiring for productivity, and bluetooth for laptop use when I'm moving and not gaming)
Not saying that the Aerox hasn't been good, it's been awesome, but there is definitely some quirks that are annoying as fuck, epecially the huge RGB defuser (that I don't use) that adds weight and traps the dust inside, and the scroll wheel which is a pain to clean.
Pulsfire Haste Wireless will soon come w/o cutouts. It's also relatively cheap
There are may mice that fit that shape. The Roccat Burst Pro Air, Vaxee XE. The Haste Wireless is another decent option as mentioned by someone else. In general I like that style/shape and have covered a number of them check @TheProfosist
Should I get g pro superlight or this mice?
looks like the only way to compete with logitech superlight is copying from it, giving up the RGB that ROG used to be proud of, just like what Razer did. Good job, Logitech
Completely different size mouse and different shape/ergonomics.
what's the background music? 0:12
it's that guy from the last of us
this feels like an ad
why legion 7i gen 7 price is increased in website?
Somewhat off topic. Does anyone have a mouse recommendation for larger hands? My mouse tends to scoot back into my palm since it doesnt have full contact in my palm.
learn fingertip grip, it is superior and healthier
What a useless answer
@@FrankOnline007 not really
You have to specify how big your hands are; rocket jump ninja has a good comparison tool if you really care.
@@achkr597 This is actually a big help, thank you
Dpi deviation is no big deal at all.
can i know what headset are u using sir?
wasnt it like you should turn up the dpi to maximum and then configure the mouse sensitivity in the windows option for better tracking?
*no*
not to the maximum, in 1600-3200 range and then adjust sens in game
Noooo
What is the name of the music track used in the beginning of the video ?
I am usually a Razer or Logitech or Corsair user. Never thought about Asus for peripherals. Worth a try? Isn't one of those EVGA $200 keyboard and 1 day later $19.99 is it lol
Ha ASUS stuff is deff worth it. I'm a long-term user of the wireless Azoth keyboard. It's awesome in every way. Been running the Harpe Ace mouse too for months, really nice quality and no issues so far.
-D.
i agree. asus kicked the door out...they also have great gaming keyboards...no more logi ! Asus rocks! i love this mouse so much!
surprised how good dimitri is at csgo
WHY YOUR OPTIMIZER SETTING SECTION IS OPEN ALL MY SECTION ONLY ON SENSITIVITY >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

What app is used in 0:44?
Got the mouse. Sold it after a week of using. Not meant for everyone i guess
What program did you use for the 180 measurment ?
Aimlab
this guy looks like pedro pascal
Short answer: No lol
How doesn’t it ?
needs removable switches like on their gladius 2 origin. i dont know what it is with modern mice but they wear out switches. you can pop the switch too and rub some high grit sandpaper past the contacts to clear the corrosion interference
how do you wear out a switch so easily? Theyre rated for 10's of millions of clicks! *see mouse fly across the room*
aim400kg one love!
