NocturnalFN I think this was a perfect way to do it, negan actually loved her so killing her by bashing her head in wouldn’t be the best way to do it, and her head wouldn’t be recognizable when he turned it in to carol.
Drew Bennett he didn’t love her, he admired her power dynamics. In the comics he says he loves her but he’s doing so in admiration and in the show he was prying to see if she was redeemable in any sense and obviously she wasn’t. I don’t think her answer would have changed anything and I’m sure he cares about Judith much more than he does the whisperers. In any case, she may be dead but the war is going to pop off more now with Beta in a rage with a horde at his side
So now I know why Carol was looking at all the pictures on the wall when they were getting ready to fight. She was focused on Glenn's picture. Carol let Negan out and Negan took Glenn's life . I love you Angela Kang🔥🙌👌👍💗
The scene where the whisperer told Beta his voiced sounded familiar confirms that before the apocalypse Beta was a celebrity who even Alpha recognised as we saw in scene where they first met. Beta obviously doesn't want people to recognise him so that he can keep his image of someone you don't fuck with (although singers are emotional)
The first time we ever seen a Carol and Negan scene and it was maybe the biggest scene of the show yet🔥 So much respect to Samantha Morton (Alpha) what an actress!
I think Jerry's wife is gonna die because she was possibly bitten. RIP Earl and Gamma. Gamma redeemed herself in my eyes and even got to experience her nephew too. Earl dying was so sad to me. I'ma miss him. Poor Judith. Hopefully this doesn't send her on a messed up spiral. Goodbye to Alpha. The best villain thus far on the show. Samantha is amazing and she will be missed. Negan I think felt some type of weird connection to Alpha though. It's exhibited in the realness of his tone the entire time he was talking to her, the topic he chose (his wife), how he put her down gently & kissed her twice. Last but not least I don't care about Magna coming back. Not a fan of her or her gf. We want Connie.
I think the ending explains partially the sheer stress Carol has been feeling. She let Negan out and it "took you long enough"; when Hilltop burned she had to be wondering if she made a mistake. It explains some of her erratic behavior.
Killing Alpha will not be the end of the whisperers. In fact, she was being somewhat careful when attacking so that Lydia doesn't get hurt. But now Beta will be in charge and he will be hella mad which means going full power and killing them without making tactical plans like Alpha did.
@@aquua3970 - there's a RUclips channel called The Walking Dead ITA who spoiled both Gamma and Alpha's deaths ahead of this episode airing. Like the others, I was floored that it was leaked ahead of time. Edit: I looked at some of the comments from the 'leak' (warning: the audio and the lines in said 'leak' are NOT in sync; it was in my recommendations) and it turns out that AMC has this feature of sorts called AMC Premiere (not sure if this is the correct term) where you see each episode a few days before it's supposed to air.
@@aquua3970 actually, I can't remember the name of whoever posted the video, but it was literally titled "Negan leads Alpha to her death" and as soon as I read it I was like Damnit!
I know it’s already been mentioned in Talking Dead and other comments but for anyone who missed it, the mask Negan wears, Jeffrey requested it was made from Norman Reedus’s face. So of course, Greg Nicotero made it happen. And a slight upturned looking Joker smile for good measure.
This confirms that Carol is The Queen; even Negan did her bidding. :D Of course, now it's up to Carol to make sure Negan is redeemed in this community...she has to tell everyone that Negan was out to undermine the Whisperers. The problem is, Beta is still out there, and he was a True Believer. He's not just going to take the Guardians and wander off.
Hahaha! I knew it! I freaking knew it this would happened in this episode! For over 2 year's later, we finally get to see this! Justice has been served wohoo!!! They will all feel pretty stupid when they find out, them those Whisperers. Never knew Negan and Carol was involved of this "grand-master plan". 😅
Judith killing Earl ...felt like Carl killing Lori ... :( .... Nice episode ....all looks ok (except earl) you say ....BUT dont forget Beta ... the leash Alpha had on him is no more .... Crazy Beta unleashed is not something to be joyfull about....
Normally, I would have watched Talking Dead after this episode and was so upset that not only did they not have that episode but, when they came back, they did the Michonne episode and completely skipped a Talking Dead Walk With Us episode. Total bummer, I thought. So I started looking around RUclips for a substitute for Season 10, Episode 12 and found this one. I am so glad that I did. I watched the episode alone but yelled out a big DAYUM! when Neegan slit Alpha's throat and another one when Negan rolled Alpha's head towards Carol. I did not see that coming. Nikki & Steven had a reaction for the ages. Thank you for that. I am so glad I found this.
Negan "no kids" ? I remember in season 7, Carl was going to meet Lucille via Negan. I distinctly remember Carl's head being saved by Shiva. Dont you? Unless, Carl is not considered a kid.
I think it's fantastic that Negan tried to the very end and believed that he would be able to dig into Alpha's feelings and help her get back on the right track. This proves how valuable he is a human being after all.
The Walking Dead has NEVER perfected a villain like this did Alpha, they made her equal parts vulnerable and weak as she is strong, and they did one hell of a good job showing it. They gave her backstory, they gave her other characters attached to her, it was so fucking well done. I have never gotten emotional over a death of a villain but god damn she was incredible. Incredible actor.
Best Villain so far. Which is villain is next after the whole whisper wrap up is going to have hard shoes to fill because Alpha alone with Beta and their minions were top notch done.
So it was really Beta singing Beth’s song in episode 5! Dude’s a celebrity in disguise lol. Also, I am so scared the one looking at the flowers will be Carol omg :((
That reaction to Carol and Negan from you guys was awesome, When I also saw that I was like holy sh*t ! Out of all the people Carol would be the one to form an alliance with Negan?😳
It looks like Alpha will "beheading" to the In Memoriam section on Talking Dead 😁 That was such an awesome episode. Non stop excitement from start to finish. I really had hoped that Gamma would have stayed on, and joined the group. Can't wait to see what happens next. We still have four more episodes to go. It should be exciting. Awesome video, as always. Thank you 👍👍👍👍👍😎😎😎😎😎
Negan being revealed as Carols Back up plan was pretty awesome. Seems so obvious now with tonight’s reveal. She wanted to kill Alpha herself, however if she couldn’t get her, Negan would. She didn’t have communication with him, so she would still try to kill her any way possible. Just some more shit to pile on to the “Carols fucking crazy” character arc lol. She wanted Alpha dead so much, she let Negan go. I think there was some odd writing choices in prior episodes that led to this conclusion (Negan going a little overboard..plenty of times he could’ve killed her), but I’m fine with the flaws. Love what Angela Kang did to expand on Alphas death.
Deven Armstrong have you not been paying attention to the show? It’s not left up to interpretation. It’s objective. Negan was her backup plan. Or if you don’t like the term “backup”...you can use “contingency” or “in addition”. Carol wants Alpha dead, no matter the cost. That’s her sole drive and character arc at the moment. She’s gotten people potentially killed because she can’t control herself. And she’s gotten people killed because she unleashed Negan. Her talk with Eugene sums that character conflict she is feeling up. She’s been trying to kill Alpha herself the whole season. She let Negan go in the beginning of the season and while he’s been out she’s been going after Alpha.
Another thing I want to comment on was the scene of Carol standing in Maggie’s office looking at the painting of Glenn.....it was a foreshadowing moment and we didn’t even realize it until Negan tossed Alpha’s head to Carol!
Ok my top guesses for what the whisperer recognised Beta for: 1) He was a country music singer and visited the kids in the hospital, hence the photos on the wall. 2) An athlete, possible an American Football player given how we ploughed through the walls during the Daryl V Beta fight. Or 3) He was a professional wrestler. Gonna add 4) A disgraced politician just to cover an extra base 😂 Place your bets, people. What was Beta before the apocalypse that made him recognisable in public?
Negan was foreshadowing Alphas death when they had their kiss scene. He said this isn’t some sort of of praying mantis situation, where you cut off my head after we get to trust eachother.

When negan throws up his hand before he kills the one walker was hilarious
I love how they were dancing around each other 🤣
@@tonipony4028 yeah that walker had some swagger lol
I will be wishing this to all of my TWD reactors-I hope that you and your family are faring well during these "crazy days"-(Morgan S1E1 talking to Rick.) Hope you have plenty of tp and hand sanitizer out there on the west coast, because we can't find shit out here in Ohio. Stay well friends!
Ga is whipped out. Schools are canceld until further notice. Hope y'all are better off then us
Wi is in the same situation.
I remember when everyone blamed Gabriel for leaving the prison door open :D never even thought about that it was Carol.
I figured it was that nutty kid who hero-worshipped Negan.
@@melorafoy7109 Me too. They made it look like he freed Negan, then had to catch up after getting Negan's stuff for him.
I really wanted him to kill her with the bat tbh BUT THIS WAS A NICE BUILD UP THIS WAS AMAZING
LOVE YOU GUYS KEEP UP THE GRIND
To one of the most Hated Character to the most loved !! Hell yeah Negan !! ❤️
Literally no one hates Negan
The scene where the whisperer told Beta his voiced sounded familiar confirms that before the apocalypse Beta was a celebrity who even Alpha recognised as we saw in scene where they first met. Beta obviously doesn't want people to recognise him so that he can keep his image of someone you don't fuck with (although singers are emotional)
The first time we ever seen a Carol and Negan scene and it was maybe the biggest scene of the show yet🔥 So much respect to Samantha Morton (Alpha) what an actress!
Negan would've been dead the moment he threw that head to Beta lol
I just wanna give judith the biggest hug ever. man, gotta be tough being her.
I literally screeched in joy. Twas beautiful
Killing Alpha will not be the end of the whisperers. In fact, she was being somewhat careful when attacking so that Lydia doesn't get hurt. But now Beta will be in charge and he will be hella mad which means going full power and killing them without making tactical plans like Alpha did.
Even though the last scene was spoiled for me before I watched the episode, I still shouted with joy when I saw it happen.
Husker 97 who spoiled it?
Same thing happened to me, scrolled through RUclips And saw "ALPHAS DEATH TWD 10/12" and I was like..."really?" But im still extremely shocked though
Alpha's death was just like in the comic, seeing that in this episode was just nerdgasmic
Best episode in a long time! Epic comic ending with Negan killing Alpha. Carol twist getting her head was just too cool. Rick got head in comics.
It would be fitting of Carol notified Beta by placing now walker Alpha's head on a pike on whisperer territory!
This explains the shot of Carol looking at Glen's portrait in the last episode.
YESSS.... and to think Carol and Negan had never been on screen together..... we had never seen them even meet before....LOVED IT
Hahaha! I knew it! I freaking knew it this would happened in this episode! For over 2 year's later, we finally get to see this! Justice has been served wohoo!!! They will all feel pretty stupid when they find out, them those Whisperers. Never knew Negan and Carol was involved of this "grand-master plan". 😅
Well DAMN! That was a great episode!
Judith killing Earl ...felt like Carl killing Lori ... :( .... Nice episode ....all looks ok (except earl) you say ....BUT dont forget Beta ... the leash Alpha had on him is no more .... Crazy Beta unleashed is not something to be joyfull about....
This episode was amazing!
Ding dong, the witch is gone!
Rest in pieces, Alpha!
Negan "no kids" ? I remember in season 7, Carl was going to meet Lucille via Negan. I distinctly remember Carl's head being saved by Shiva. Dont you? Unless, Carl is not considered a kid.
I really think he did that thinking Rick or someone else would stop him.
Negan " LIKE A BOSS" LOL. was real excited to see u all's reaction at the end. Now onto Beta finding out. O boy
I think it's fantastic that Negan tried to the very end and believed that he would be able to dig into Alpha's feelings and help her get back on the right track. This proves how valuable he is a human being after all.
Carol and Negan doing a job, I love this show
Okay but let just take a minute to appreciate Bear McCreary's work on Alpha's death scene?
I loved this episode, my fav one in a while.
Seeing Carol & Negan together at the end was like seeing your mom & dad reunite in happiness after 5 years of pain & torture
I am SHOOK! Holy shit that was phenomenal!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Can u imagine negan carol and Daryl all smiling in hilltop as friends and Rick grimes show up,watching this in disbelief... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Whisperers: We Have An Army of Walkers
Carol: We Have A Negan
Im a German fan
And this was one of the best episodes of TWD history !!!! Thank you for your Reaction
I see you for many years ❤️
The Walking Dead has NEVER perfected a villain like this did Alpha, they made her equal parts vulnerable and weak as she is strong, and they did one hell of a good job showing it. They gave her backstory, they gave her other characters attached to her, it was so fucking well done. I have never gotten emotional over a death of a villain but god damn she was incredible. Incredible actor.
Alpha was a awesome and badass villain. My favorite.
Best Villain so far. Which is villain is next after the whole whisper wrap up is going to have hard shoes to fill because Alpha alone with Beta and their minions were top notch done.
@@valeriewilliams5078 Im pretty sure this is the last villain. The next storyline doesn't have a villain really.
@@psycholove Is it the last villain in the comics?
I thought it was interesting how Negan was so gentle putting Alpha down and Beta just dropped Mary's body to the ground.
Beta is a celebrity. That’s why he recognized his voice
So it was really Beta singing Beth’s song in episode 5! Dude’s a celebrity in disguise lol.
Also, I am so scared the one looking at the flowers will be Carol omg :((
My mom was watching twd with us and on the first episode alpha was on, she said, "let me know when she dies." She doesn't even watch the show.😂😂😂😂
Coralee Marchand Samantha Morton’s just that good.
That reaction to Carol and Negan from you guys was awesome, When I also saw that I was like holy sh*t ! Out of all the people Carol would be the one to form an alliance with Negan?😳
It looks like Alpha will "beheading" to the In Memoriam section on Talking Dead 😁
That was such an awesome episode. Non stop excitement from start to finish. I really had hoped that Gamma would have stayed on, and joined the group. Can't wait to see what happens next. We still have four more episodes to go. It should be exciting.
Awesome video, as always. Thank you 👍👍👍👍👍😎😎😎😎😎
It's a shame Talking dead got cancelled because of corona...
Amazing that this was Carol's and Negan's first scene together! :D
Negan WAS carols plan to taking out alpha there was no back plan.
Hey they got the job done.
Jessica Freeman haha. True. But now Beta gonna bring hell.
Negan became the hero of the season this episode. He killed Alpha the same way Rick almost killed him. This shows how much he has grown.
This episode was totally awesome!!! I can't believe it!!!! Love you guys!
Another thing I want to comment on was the scene of Carol standing in Maggie’s office looking at the painting of Glenn.....it was a foreshadowing moment and we didn’t even realize it until Negan tossed Alpha’s head to Carol!
I don’t know...but it feels like Magna is hiding something
She pulled a Shane
Tina Harvey year...flashbacks! So true
What an episode!!! Honestly, every emotion & reaction you had I had too. I was like fist pumping the air at the end here.
This episode was soooo brilliant. Everyone from Gamma to Earl to Judith were great in this episode.
AMAZING !!! so well written.
So freaking good
The fact that they made this the first time We see carol and Negan interact just makes it a lot more amazing
