Nope, only because linkifun has the hdmi port while this one does not. Both performe quite well in all other areas

are you referring to powering on the tbox max itself? that will work even without any other mobile device. however, if you are referring to wireless android auto/apple carplay, the one selected in the menu of the interface would work first.

By dual bluetooth you mean more then 1 mobile is connected to use wireless carplay/android auto one by one? If so, then yes it is supported.
I saw that it’s only compatible with with wired Apple car play (I have a 2024 vehicle and it’s built in wireless Apple CarPlay and android auto) would this product still work even though mine is built in wireless ?
As long as the cars have wired apple carplay these devices work even if they have wireless connectivity, it's what I've been informed. You can try ordering it and if it isn't compatible then you get the option to return it within a period of time. Alternatively, I would recommend you get it confirmed by the brand prior to making a purchase.

hi, unfortunately, the carlinkit 5.0 can not connect with the USB dash cam, T box Max or UHD can connect with suitable usb dash cams.

I saw the Tbox Lite also has a USB-A socket.
Have you ever tried to install the USB Dashcam on the Tbox Lite USB-A socket? if not, do you think it will work?

Can you use a flash drive of 512gb also ? Can the micro sd card and the USB a port be used at the same time.
I haven't tried connecting a flash drive of that capacity but it should support just fine, I believe. And yes, both the micro sd card and usb a ports can be used together like I showed in the video @ 4:25

what is the major difference between plus and max
Max has the USB A port that can be used for a pendrive, mouse/keyboard or to power a dashcam.
Performance wise, they are quite similar.
Looks wise, Max is better and has the RGB lights.
Price wise, Max is $17 more expensive than the Plus (top variant).
Sd card even play videos like usb but not really a good upgrade by them
Hello, I recently received T box max with USB for my Kia Sonet. I have noticed the RGB colors are still on even after the car is off. Does the Tbox max shutdown after car is shut down? Also while booting up, its automatically getting loaded in Apple car play mode instead of Android auto, anyway to have it launched in Android auto by default? Hi, I always disconnect the device cable from the car usb port as that will impact the car's battery. It should auto-shut off after 5 minutes but I wouldn't recommend it. Also, there seems to be some confusion. The Tbox max works in cars that have wired apple carplay only, not android auto. Meaning that it will always show up under apple carplay on the screen. Bro a small update. I was able to view it full screen :)
Take kia android auto or Android play after disconnecting USB and turn the split screen off . Connect the tbox back, it will recalibrate and turn into full screen :)

Why the screen is not full screen and a clock is on the right side, any way to make this full screen.?
The clock can be placed on the left side too if the car's infotainment system allows it in it's own settings. Unfortunately, in my car model and several other cars, the full screen option is not available for most android ai boxes.

Try the bluetooth calling option after pairing your device via bluetooth.
