Pancakes flipping tip! Make sure they’re read to flip when they start bubbling on the top, then rather than shimmying the spatula under you have to do it fast almost in a stabbing motion. This will scoop the pancake right up! Hope this helps!

after a year here is my advice.... for flipping a pancake I use a narrower spatula it kinda helps give the flip ... hehe hope it makes sense. Your recipe looks amazing I will try it tomorrow! Thanks
