Thank you very much! This was excellent information. It was very helpful. I need to replace the driver's side handle on my mom's car, same year, same model. I do have a suggestion for you when you're showing your audience things close up. As a videographer myself I learned 40 years ago that you have to move the things you're recording or your camera very, very slowly or your viewers can't see what you're talking about. When you showed the tumbler and other things, it was so fast I couldn't see it. I know it may seem like you're moving in super slow motion as you're recording but when your viewers see it, it will be normal to them. Again, thank you for your expertise on replacing the door handle.
Thanks for the vid. I did this repair and dropped one of the bolts that holds the door handle in the door several times. It dropped to the bottom of the door where I could grab it a few times, then it fell into some hole or spot where I can't get it so I have to buy another bolt. I knew it would happen too. Pain in the rear 🙂
Thanks! It is still good. Luckily we haven't had any issues with the thermostat on my 95 either. It looks like a pretty easy fix though: ruclips.net/video/cck9g0kO7go/видео.html&ab_channel=1AAuto%3ARepairTips%26SecretsOnlyMechanicsKnow ruclips.net/video/1yUgwkwQycc/видео.html&ab_channel=PeterFinntheCarDoctor
Oh my gosh, I did that a few years ago on one. What's more frustrating about it is the new parts don't come with new ones! Even being careful there's a good chance the 30yr old plastic pieces will literally disintegrate when touched. Hopefully you found a replacement quick!

Thanks for the support and advice! I'll work on that in future uploads.
OMG. I think I'll put up with a broken driver handle. Thanks for the warning on replacement.
Haha, I hate working on these doors. Really they're just time consuming and tedious but it can be done!

Ooof, so very frustrating! Doors are one of my least favorite things to work on for this very reason.
Love the videos ! Was wondering if your thermostat was good or not. Have a 94 Camry and going to be doing that soon

I snapped the rod linkage plastic piece that goes from the key lock down to the actuator on mine. So frustrating.
