Miami one of the greatest city in the universe is even cheaper than Elizabeth NJ. ( Elizabeth New Jersey is a small city in New Jersey located not too far away from NYC) most people New Jersey don’t even know where Elizabeth New Jersey is located. I can’t believe it.
the salaries in the NJ-NYC area are much much higher to compensate that however. I was earning double for my same exact job in NJ compared to what I am getting paid now in South FL. A little less than double after the NJ state income tax but my take home pay was about 70% higher living in NJ compared to now. My cost of living is now pretty much the same as it was back in NJ. I'm considering moving back or going to a different part of the country.

Hi Mike, LOL... that happens everywhere, it all depends on the general contractor of the project. We have stricter rules in place now and we will not see this happening again.
