I've had no physio for one year due to lock down, but thank goodness I found Caroline's channel! I am in a better position now than I was when I was at physio! I am now able to walk pain free ......thank you so much x
Hi Caroline, I took the challenge and have done this video for 30 days. 1st let me say, I knew after day 1 that I would try 30 days because I felt so much better. I'm 62 and have had a difficult time recovering from Covid. I can't begin to tell you how much you have helped me. I walked my 1st 5k since being sick, 2 weeks into my 30 days. 😁 you & this video are now a part of my physical fitness that I will do forever. I also loved the 10 min cardio & full body workout videos. You're so encouraging. Thank you!
Did this video for 31 days straight. Along with the other exercises I have been doing, long walks being one of them, my hips have not been this aligned in years. I can't actually remember the last time they felt like this. Thank you for this video and for challenging me
Caroline, I cannot THANK YOU enough for posting this video! I have been praying for pain relief and a simple video to follow and the Lord led me to yours. I have completed your exercises in this video every day for five weeks...and what a difference it has made! My hip pain has been greatly reduced and I rarely take pain medicine. Thank you!
I am healing from Psoas Syndrome and your video has helped me enormously. I am a content creator myself so I know that comments help your channel so every time I watch your video, I’m going to comment.
Good morning, I promised I would comment every time I did this class to help increase your algorithm with RUclips. Today is day 2. I’ve been healing from Psoas Syndrome that had me gain 12 lbs, go from exercising at least 1.5 hours a day to not at all, have a headache and nausea if I did anything physical at all. I had 1 operation and 1 nerve blocker to try to fix the problem and then I went to a different Physiotherapist who actually knew what was wrong with me. I was heading for another operation and the doctors were talking about pain management for the rest of my life. So the Psoas is a big deal but no one I saw knew what was wrong with me so it’s a little known syndrome. Thanks for helping with it.
I am so grateful for this video. It has renewed my hope. I was so frustrated with my limited mobility. I have been using this video regularly for two weeks, and I have experienced incredible relief. I can stand up straight after a full day of work and I don't have any trouble getting out of bed in the morning. This video is a life saver. Thank you.
Thank you Caroline, my mom does this every day. The stretches are helping her pain and keeping her positive. Thanks so much for your amazing videos!!!!!!
Hi Caroline. Just had to let you know I did this session last night and I was so surprised by relief it gave me. I will be continuing with this routine over next 30 days.
It’s 2am and i cannot sleep due to my lower back/glute pain. I came across this video and i can’t believe how much release in my hips and thighs you’ve given me. 🔥🔥thank you.
Hi Caroline, I´ve been doing this routine for a month now and it has changed my life. I went to my fisiotheraphist because i had some problems in my groin muscles and she told me to do more flexibility workouts and some streches too. At work I´m always on a chair so my hips are really tight.. Now, after one month of doing your videos my groin muscles pain have dissapeared and Ï feel much better. My posture its great and also i have returned to do some activities that i had banned like jumping rope. I´m very happy and i just want to thank you and recommend your videos to everybody. Sometimes when you are tight in the psoas muscles the problems can pop in such different places, in my case in the back and in the groin muscles so its so important to be balanced. Thanks again
This saved my life today. I have been stressed and hurt my back doing housework. Not to mention I am 4months post op with my 2nd knee replacement. I am feeling so much better already after doing this workout just once! Thank you Caroline and Merry Christmas!
Omg!! My right hip flexor and thigh were hurting when I started the video and now I feel great!! I have been getting osteopathic manipulation for many years for SI joint and hip and back pain and some of the things we did in this video are things my doctor does to me. Amazing!! I will be adding this video to my workout routine!
Hi Caroline! I have suffered from ilio-psoas tendinopathy, pinching hip and tight SIJs/lower back pain for ages and I found this video today. I'm going to try do it 3 times a week but I feel excited as I did one today and it already feels like it has helped! Thank you so much
Hi again, just been filming ‘A Day In The Life of…’ video for my vlog for next week. Of course you’re in it since I’ve been doing this video most days to help with my Psoas Syndrome. I’ll leave a link a to the video once I’ve edited it and posted it. Thanks again for your class.
Every step has been pinching sooo bad lately on my R front hip/ psoas. I also have ongoing S.I. joint issues on that side and I knew they were related. I just did this work out and so far so good. I'll try to keep doing it!! THanks!
taking your challenge and doing this every evening after work ! Today was day 1 and I feel more relaxed and flexible through my quads and low back already
Wow!! I’ve really been struggling with pain in my SI joint. I’ve tried lots of things over the past few days, nothing helped like this has. Thank you so much. IT WAS AMAZING 🤩
I've done this workout for the past two days and already feel much better. The pain and instability in my lower back and hips is almost completely resolved. I've been dealing with this for nearly a year now. Thanks so much ... I'll definitely stick with this.
I have been walking between 3.5 and 5 miles since lockdown; but I haven’t been great about stretching or weight training. My hips, glutes and lower back have been screaming, especially at night. I isolated to most likely tight psoas, SI, quads, and hamstrings so I decided to try this video yesterday. OMG! Last night....no pain! I’m back for day 2 and added a lower body workout. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Caroline!💖
I have so many of your videos bookmarked because they are so good! This one and the hip mobility one are great for my psoas pain from sitting and biking long days. Thanks so much. You are an awesome guide to fitness and health!
WOW thats amazing! do it consistently and let me know how it positively impacts you! Check out the other videos to continue to evolve your movement medicine :) Im here for you!
Never heard of psoas until today. I’ve been in so much pain can’t hardly. Do vigorous walks like I used to. I did this exercise just now and feel great! I’ll let you know in 30 days. I heard this condition can affect digestion too
Thank you for this video! I have been dealing with SI joint dysfunction for months. As an otherwise healthy and active person this has been very hard and painful to deal with. I have been doing this video for a week, and combined with chiropractic care (and a lot of prayer!) I have had to take waaaay less meds and have been a lot more comfortable during both the day and night! Thank you so much!
Thank you!!!!! This is the exact medicine I needed! Thank you thank you I strained my so as the other day and could barely walk now I am crawling my way off the floor after these exercises and will definitely put them into my daily routine thanks again!
Once again a great video. I don’t think most people understand how important a comment is for your RUclips algorhythm. My last video came out last night so the one you’re in will be out next week. Although I’m a solo female traveller, I sometimes go away with my husband and grandkids. Last night’s post was one of those. I’m thinking of calling my next video something like ‘58, Food & Fitness’, not sure yet. See you tomorrow, hopefully.
This has become a regular part of my fitness routine and it is well worth the time. Psoas, hips and most importantly my low back feel great. Thank you.
I accept the challenge, Caroline! What was diagnosed as hip bursitis is now bilateral femoral-acetabular impingement disorder. I just tried your video, and it hurt, but felt so good -- so I think it's just what I need to help me. Thank you!!
I'll be back with my results. Im a truck driver with very tight psoaz and jacked up si joints. Stretching has helped but I think these stretches/exercises will help a ton. Thank you
Thank you Caroline! As always I’m feeling so much better. I need to do this one every week or more. I don’t mind the long intro. It gets me psyched up, gives me time to relax and get in the right mindset.
i had horrible si joint pain 3 months postpartum did this exercise for a week and my pain is almost gone, the poas are still tight tho, will keep doing it 👍🏻
I couldn't stand up straight, or walk without severe pain, and limping. After doing this video once, I am standing up straight, without pain. Excellent information, and instruction. Thank you for sharing this!!!
Hi Caroline. I started doing these exercises everyday. It's only been 6 days but I already can feel a difference. Each time before I start the exercises, I try to sit cross-legged and it's awkward and a bit painful. At the end of the session, I try it again and I can do it! I'm going to do these everyday for 30 days and see what happens. Thanks so much for this video!
Thank you so much for this video! I do it as often as I can - it has helped me with my si joint pain a lot! I also saw that you have chair cardio!!! Omg sign me up!
Nice routine. I'm a climber and have had some trouble with a locked SI joint. And I suspect my Psoas is tight from sitting at a desk for years. It felt good. Love the combo of stretch and movement. Thank you for your video. Going to give this a try for 30 days.
I did this for the first time yesterday, and my low back and psoas felt better all day and through the night. I'm going to try and do it everyday for a month. Thanks
Hi Carolina, thank you for the exercises. I quit running few weeks ago because of tight and sore Psoas. Hope I can get back to running with manual therapy and your exercises 🙋🏼♀️🙏
Caroline, this was a godsend. My psoas and hip flexors are literally always tight, especially now that I’ve started running. I’ve done some yoga videos for the psoas but they never really help. This is dope tho! Thank you! I’m gonna try and do this every day!
Caroline Jordan so Im doing this again, and my right hip flexor is really angry today. When I did the spinal twist, it felt amazing but then my right leg started falling asleep. Do you know anything about if I’m like near an angry nerve or something? My legs fall asleep in pigeon pose too
Hey...i have struggled with SI back pain for yearrrrrs....i did these exercise around 4 times a week for a month (as well as other pilate routines)...but these exercises work...i no longer have regular pain...im going to keep doin these regularly thank you!
Subscribed and Challenge is accepted! So far on 4th day and things are starting to feel a little better. I am stuck sitting at a computer all day and my right psoas (a muscle I never even knw I had LOL) has been inflamed for a weeks - hoping this does the trick!
First time & I was able to activate muscles that have been sleeping for 9 months. Can’t wait to see how I feel after a month. Any tips for when my foot cramps when stretching?
Have just started today with this video can’t say I have had any relief as yet but will do it for a full month and see if it makes a difference. Also do your bursitis routine about 3 times a weeks thanks for the videos keep up the great irk. 😊
I have been doing the hip bursitis video exercises you offer and just found this one for today. My hips feel good right now. If only I can find a way to sleep better due to hip bursitis in both hips. QUESTION: On many recent hip videos I watch, they caution against stretching the hips with hip bursitis. You only do two in this video. What does your research show in regards to over stretching over the bursa? I so appreciate your videos. I agree, often exercise and movement is the best medicine. Thank you for helping and serving so many people.
I've had no physio for one year due to lock down, but thank goodness I found Caroline's channel! I am in a better position now than I was when I was at physio! I am now able to walk pain free ......thank you so much x

Matt, I am SO happy to hear this !!! Way to go working to balance your hips! Have you tried my hip mobility routine yet?
Caroline, I cannot THANK YOU enough for posting this video! I have been praying for pain relief and a simple video to follow and the Lord led me to yours. Love that!
Caroline you are so thorough and INSPIRING! THANK YOU! 🌹

I really enjoyed this stretch. You explained stretches through out in so much detail & enthusiasm. Thank you so much!
Nice job and great video. I needed this. This is very unique compared to other videos on the topic. Thanks!
My legs fall asleep in pigeon pose too
Thank you! My hips feel better already

First time & I was able to activate muscles that have been sleeping for 9 months. Can’t wait to see how I feel after a month. Any tips for when my foot cramps when stretching?
Omg..relief after 1 session! My pain is drastically reduced. THANK YOU!!!
