That rear right tyre (in the first part of this video) on the slow motion looks strange as it briefly spins the opposite way then corrects itself. I don't believe this is an optical illusion as the 'slow motion' would be very slow. In the days of fluorescent vacuum tubes lighting in large rotating workshops etc had 3 phase lights spread in a way to minimise the effect of rotating machines looking static and non-rotating. This was due to 50/60 Hz power supplied etc...
