Oh my God that lamb looked amazing. It's just not really a regular thing here in New England where we are. My mom used to make it fairly often, at least a couple of times a month, but now we really only see it around Easter. She'd cube it, brown in in butter with onions and rosemary, then make gravy from the pan and spoon it over boiled potatoes.

The main item or the showstopper of Rajinder Dhaba is the Galouti Kebab. I think you could've started with 4 pieces of Galouti and then moved to the Mutton Korma. But amazing video remembering my childhood staying in Safdarjung Enclave. Cheers..

I won’t suggest in New Delhi it’s so crowded try in some other state. Just a suggestion plan your itinerary up towards North going from New Delhi to Uttarakhand thn to Himachal Pradesh (Manali) and from Manali you can take bus towards Leh(Ladakh) after that Kashmir coming down to Jammu and Amritsar(Golden Temple). In india we have hostel culture as well and new generations will be more than happy to suggest and welcome you. I would have hosted you but I am afraid I don’t live in India anymore but what you are enjoying is one side of India. We do have other side as well please explore that too. I have been to Rajender da dhaba once in my life. It’s very famous in Delhi. What ever you eat there is yummy. At the same time so cost effective.
