05 to 09 Mustang AC Fan only blows on High

In this video, I work on a 2008 Mustang with AC fan only blowing on high. I replace blower motor resistor to fix the problem. These instructions will work on all Mustangs between 2005 and 2009.

Recently changed my blower motor, resistor, and actuator. Changed actuator a year ago, but didn't use Motorcraft, which was a mistake, so had to do it again.

If it’s neither that it’s the blower motor. Replaced the resistor and the relay and it still kept blowing the resistor. Changed motor and nothing! Great vid tho!

Did you have the famous cabin leak on the passenger side and some of the wiring get wet?

@@chasingmustangs not to my knowledge. I’ve Pretty much re sealed all know locations of water leaks. The rubber cowl grommets, the grommets where the plastic cowl meets the body. Even the gaskets where the wires pass through the body to door/ firewall. Since I changed the blower motor i haven’t had and issue since. 180k miles.
