You have to literally listen to this multiple time to get it all. The two things that stood out to me the most as far as personal impact was when he spoke of the timing . How criticalIt was for them to go there when they did .. I literally can't imagine what would have happened if they had waited and how that would have impacted what God wanted to do through them in the region . Gods timing .. like we can't even wrap our minds around it . A personal reminder and call to obedience and yielding to Gods time . Also when he spoke about how we make the standard of effectiveness according to numbers . A recent revelation for me as I struggled with my career and furthering my education or going to ministry school . Clear as day hit me that my gift IS as a pediatric nurse and God DOES want me to use it and DEVELOP it . And it's just as big as a ministry as if I was teaching to a group of people or being a missionary . I can do both ..and if I ever need to just be in ministry .. he will tell me. But ministry is who I am and what I do everyday .. love God and people everyday . I have so much growing and healing to do but finally getting it and confirmation hearing himTouch on that point . Where in the word do you see Paul interact with angels and the other Apostles saying that they have seen their angels? What does Colossians say? It says beware of men who say they have seen things they have not seen. Vainly puffed up in his mind. Jesus was right when He said that many will come to Him and say they did marvelous works.. He responds I never knew you! These folks are deceiving you. Turn to Jesus and come out from the Gnosticism.
