Gojo inhabitants the vessels body like Sakuna and allows them some access to his techniques. Gojo doesn't have to take over the body but he could offer advice and some boosts from within. The difference would be Gojo is cooperative and wants to nurture the next generation while Sakuna wants to just do what he wants.
Honestly if he came back there's everything in the series to justify it. Sukuna abused the hell out of Binding Vows, it's established that RCT comes from the head, and dying in general is just one hell of a task. If people are mad about it that's honestly just a personal problem.

I’m wholly convinced this is Kenjaku. They never paid off that scene where Geto was able to gain control and grab Kenjaku’s neck. This would setup a way for Gojo to come back, through being body snatched. Then Kenjaku absorbs Sukana, activates the merger and Kenjaku with all his abilities is the final boss. Gojo would then have to have an internal struggled with Kenjaku to save his students while his students have to overcome him, surpassing him like he forsaw.

Honestly, I was referring to how the final fight with Sukuna has gone so far. There should have been a lot more main character deaths, but it's shonen so I get why there hasn't been more. Gojo coming back would be terrible writing since it went so far as to literally show him in an afterlife setting. If he came back and especially if he interfered with the fight in any way it'd ruin the climax from a narrative point and emotional payoff point. At the end of the dayt, it's fine to have characters bow out of a fight and survive, but almost everyone who fought Sukuna should've died with how the fight played out. Only reason it doesn't bother me much so far, is how much the narrator and characters stress that Sukuna's output and control over the body has been in a steep decline the entire fight and thus he isn't even capable of fighting at his normal level. It allows the main cast to brawl with him and show off while still keeping his title as the King of Curses still well deserved. Gojo's end was also almost perfectly done, granted I disliked the exact transition, but that's subjective and not worth arguing. I don't want that ruined by a half-assed return at the end of the fight.

So it's been 30 chapters that everyone sacrifices themselves to succeed in defeating Sukuna, that they have incredible power ups, all so that Gojo comes back (thanks to a binding vow taken from Gege's ass) to pick up the crumbs, beat Sukuna and take all the honors ? Naahh... Gojo has already helped the allies enough, without him Sukuna would have rolled over them from the start. He doesn't need to come back, he helps them better by being dead, his posterity is much more important and that's what he wants. He died with a smile, if that's not a sign of a satisfying death idk what is. Without Gojo's death, the story and the powers do not evolve and Gege is aware of that as he said in an itw. That would indeed be terrible writing (and foreshadowing ≠ writing). The most likely is that Sukuna realizing that he is losing and that he is going to die sees the most important person in his life namely Gojo, just as Nanami saw Haibara, Nobara saw Saori and Fumi, Gojo saw Geto and the others, Choso saw his brothers etc etc...
Gojo's death was something taken out of Gege's ass to begin with. Gojo's death was anything but satisfying and it was pretty obvious given that it was an off screen that it wouldn't be permanent. His death did absolutely nothing but break the power system because it was nonsensical. Gege also said that Gojo was the reason why the new generation, both spirits and magicians, were far stronger. It wouldn't be shocking if Gege came out with some stupid plot point about how Gojo's death brought balance and everyone actually got weaker rather than stronger including Gojo and Sukuna, heck justifying everyone that sacrificed themselves as the world correcting the power imbalance.

Watch it turn out that the dates line up because they were taking so many breaks and that was the reason for the breaks. Still, I'd lose almost all interest if Gojo returns being alive. Just another Shonen where it doesn't matter if certain characters die since they'll just come back anyway.
Not sure why you say that when theres been a few that permanently have died, Nanamin Kashimo Choso, Riko the Maid Geto Haibara Toji who permanently dead as well. Honestly, I was referring to how the final fight with Sukuna has gone so far. There should have been a lot more main character deaths, but it's shonen so I get why there hasn't been more. Gojo coming back would be terrible writing since it went so far as to literally show him in an afterlife setting. If he came back and especially if he interfered with the fight in any way it'd ruin the climax from a narrative point and emotional payoff point.
At the end of the dayt, it's fine to have characters bow out of a fight and survive, but almost everyone who fought Sukuna should've died with how the fight played out. Only reason it doesn't bother me much so far, is how much the narrator and characters stress that Sukuna's output and control over the body has been in a steep decline the entire fight and thus he isn't even capable of fighting at his normal level. It allows the main cast to brawl with him and show off while still keeping his title as the King of Curses still well deserved.
Gojo's end was also almost perfectly done, granted I disliked the exact transition, but that's subjective and not worth arguing. I don't want that ruined by a half-assed return at the end of the fight.

So it's been 30 chapters that everyone sacrifices themselves to succeed in defeating Sukuna, that they have incredible power ups, all so that Gojo comes back (thanks to a binding vow taken from Gege's ass) to pick up the crumbs, beat Sukuna and take all the honors ? Naahh... Gojo has already helped the allies enough, without him Sukuna would have rolled over them from the start. He doesn't need to come back, he helps them better by being dead, his posterity is much more important and that's what he wants. He died with a smile, if that's not a sign of a satisfying death idk what is. Without Gojo's death, the story and the powers do not evolve and Gege is aware of that as he said in an itw. That would indeed be terrible writing (and foreshadowing ≠ writing).
The most likely is that Sukuna realizing that he is losing and that he is going to die sees the most important person in his life namely Gojo, just as Nanami saw Haibara, Nobara saw Saori and Fumi, Gojo saw Geto and the others, Choso saw his brothers etc etc...
Gojo's death was something taken out of Gege's ass to begin with. Gojo's death was anything but satisfying and it was pretty obvious given that it was an off screen that it wouldn't be permanent. His death did absolutely nothing but break the power system because it was nonsensical. Gege also said that Gojo was the reason why the new generation, both spirits and magicians, were far stronger. It wouldn't be shocking if Gege came out with some stupid plot point about how Gojo's death brought balance and everyone actually got weaker rather than stronger including Gojo and Sukuna, heck justifying everyone that sacrificed themselves as the world correcting the power imbalance.

@@sageofthickcalves True, Gojo is objectively not done being in this story one way or another. We've gotten multiple flashbacks and a cover page of him, now his body is on the battlefield. I think people are too near-sighted, they can only think as far as what they can see. Once those 5 minutes are up, I still believe Gege will continue to use Gojo in the story as a device, dead or alive.

I believe Reviving Gojo the most busted character in the whole manga to face your villain instead of your main character who's been working to get stronger all this time is such a cop out and disrespect to Yuji. If he does get magically revived I don't think I'll be continuing the series.

whats funny about this whole thing is if this is the truth and he had to lose an eye in a binding vow its still a terrible way to bring him back. Every time sukuna makes a binding vow its literally a deal witht the devil , he makes binding vows with no real backlash for him. So gojo having to lose an eye just to avoid death completely is still a bad deal after we see sukunas vows

It could also be some bs with Nobara not being dead as well and maybe bsing something with her technique. Considering she lost her left eye and we only see Gojo's left eye it could be some bs plot point like that, meaning Gojo isn't really alive but rather he's being channeled in order for Nobara to bring Megumin back and for all of Gojo's students to essentially stop Sukuna together.

@@sageofthickcalves I like and I don’t think I need to explain to you why the idea of Gojo losing an eye is pretty much stupid for the sake of more power for something he never needed nor does he ever use like a binding vow he didn’t need it when he was getting jumped he didn’t need it when he was going up against Toji and he damn sure doesn’t need it now that’s the charm of his character that he doesn’t need to use a binding bow in order to basically exchange some thing just a game and advantage like his whole can do attitude is mainly just work hard at it and power through it and I think that goes better with his character than trying to take an easy shortcut just to obtain something for the sake of losing something you already have
