Because they are overworked from their 9-5 which is 9-6, add to that getting ready and commute it’s 8-7, after that you are completely drained and you still need to shower, cook… who the heck has time for children on this schedule?! Women should start acknowledging their power and choose men who can take care of them after they offer them the gift of children, what is happening in today’s society is outrageous…
Right? I am single and live with my parents, even working I barely have time to do my nails sometimes, and it’s something I really like. I am the one cleaning and my mom cook, I can’t even imagine having a child, crazy
@ you lucky cause your mom is cooking, most don’t have that… I think we should normalize part time jobs with full time pay, otherwise what is the use of all this technological advancement….
So true! I work 10 hours in four days a week, I have 3-day weekends but they're still filled with cleaning, cooking, chores and doing my weekly beauty routine. I'm still in my early 20s so no husband and kids yet but I couldn't imagine taking this load on with a guy who barely puts effort into it -- as I sadly see many women around me with a husband and kids, overworked and not really supported. And then some of them even sadly get it that they should look more appealing to their partners...
This is wild. As an overworked woman and teacher, my work day starts at 4 am and could end around 7 pm- then commute home, spending time with family, dinner, prep for tmrw, and then bed. I love looking snatched, but sometimes sleep and pure exhaustion completely take over. I wouldn’t say sweats, and undone nails are “disgusting”. I think it’s an exhausted woman falling asleep on the couch to wake up and do it all over again…. Choose your words wisely. I use olaplex, fake tan, nails, but some days I’m so burnt out I’ll wear sweats to the store. It means I’m overwork and underpaid and hanging on for dear life!
Oh, please, ladies, stop justifying your life to women (I wanted to use another word which starts with "w") on internet who all they did their whole life was to jump from man to man and use their money.
I hear you on that, I am overworked under paid. Decided not to have kids on top off this since many of the guys wants to live 50/50. Yet they don’t want to do house chores! I decided not to paint or have long nails. Keep it short and clean. This actually looks better than chipped polish or random length nail. One less thing to worry. I keep myself clean and try to get short cut with my beauty routine. I just wish I could add a work out but am usually tired after work and can’t seem to get up earlier before work hours to do it😩
I cut my nails short and I don’t paint it. I look clean and put together when nails polish are chipped, nail length uneven, it looks bad. If you can’t afford nail salon on a tip toe keep it simple. I use olaplaex it’s really a miracle product. I keep my hair curly. Less is more. You just need a system. I also use Korean skincare so since I keep my skin healthy I only wear make up 5% of the times. I also use veet hair remover and moisturize my body with Nivea firming cream-current fav! I work 8 to 10hrs daily, I cook, clean and walk my dog 3 times a day. 90% I eat clean and stay in shape. However, I wish I have the energy for a work out and meditation! I don’t have a kid, not sure how others can do it all lol Pls do part 2 of this video. 🙏
I think it’s also a cultural thing. In Australia it’s completely normal to go out makeup free, in shorts, a t shirt and flip flops and nobody bats an eyelid. It’s not a part of our culture to look beautiful all the time. Sometimes I do like to put in a bit more effort, sometimes I don’t care. 😂

what you guys are mad about she’s so right and i’m glad i have almost all or replacement products that she has named.feminine energy and looking smelling good is the most important thing even if we’re working🌷
@@angelaanasta8829 don't try justifying your lifestyle to shallow women who jump from man to man who "provide" for them. a lot of us are successful and have financial independence. how many of them can say that? im saying this as someone who loves getting her nails done, maintaining herself. to them "feminine energy" is nothing more than looking good, oh well let them enjoy that before ageing hits and they lose their only trait
It's really sad how many of us don't realize that being clean and presentable (and I mean really not looking, dirty, homeless and as if you have thrown yourself in your wardrobe and emerged with random stuff on) has a HUGE impact on our lives....Believe me, I get it's not easy, I was born with a few chronic illnesses, I'm allergic to the medications that will make me feel better, I take care of the house, of my cancer patient parents and other stuff despite a muscle disease, so I get what we all mean by being exhausted and burned out....but I also noticed I get much better opportunities by wearing clean clothes (I don't even iron them, I don't have the time and energy, I just hung the laundry the right way and then fold it) and looking presentable. Plus, if you are ill and exhausted, you will feel a lot better after a small shower or after washing your hair, not matter how....and yes, I know it's hard, but many times I prefer to sacrifice an hour of the little sleep I get (chronic insomnia) to feel clean. When I go to the hospital to talk to my parents' doctors, I dress really well and wear a few jewellery pieces and they always make me go first (I do this on purpose because my back doesn't allow me to wait neither sitting not standing for more than 15 minutes), thinking I'm a very important and super busy person. Recently, despite just having returned to university to finish my studies, I got an offer for my thesis from the pickiest professor in the faculty, while a few people I know have been trying to even talk to him for a year..I apologized and told him I was not from his department or I would have accepted the offer and you know what he told me? "Ah, what a pity young lady, you are the only punctual and serious person around and I don't accept any less" and when I asked him why he thought I was the only one being serious and punctual he responded with "You are always polite and dressed appropriately with no stains on your clothes, no sweat smell, clean or braided hair and always arrive on time, no matter how tired you look".....so yeah, it makes a huge difference. My mum always said to me and my sisters that she and grandma made an effort to look good every day, no matter what was going on, because she didn't want us to think it's ok to let ourselves go or it's acceptable to go out of the house looking like a mess.
So, the professor (whose department you're not in) said you're the "only serious, punctual student, who does not smell sweaty or have stained clothes"? Are you for real?
@louisemcmillan3576 I belong to his department but not his faculty, we all have study halls and rooms in common and since I'm always studying at university he knew about my existence... I was as shocked as you and I asked some other students about it because I honestly thought he was exaggerating... Apparently everyone who is dressed with more casual, sporty clothes, that wears sneakers, isn't clean and perfectly punctual to the lessons and doesn't study in the faculty isn't serious enough about his/her studies and life...He's 70 so I guess he really comes form a different time, but I agree that wearing clothes that makes you look serious and put together and showering regularly help a lot.
I love that you have said this!! Women are expected to be everything for everyone! And then all of a sudden we are supposed to look like a supermodel…when do we have the time? It is said that it takes a village to raise a child…where is that village anymore? Women do something for themselves, they are made to feel guilty.
Note about hair removal cream from around 17:10 - use gloves to apply it and wash it off because it will really badly damage your nails! Your nails are made out of the same stuff as your hair and the cream can’t differentiate. Learnt the hard way
My mom didn’t like how the culture changed to dress so casually and carelessly for the occasion compared to when she was a child. My mom and my siblings were always the best dressed at any family gathering, and I still dress better than most people around me. She tried to teach me grooming, but I didn’t like what she taught me about grooming, and I am now learning more about grooming through people like you! My peer group when I was younger didn’t care a whole lot about grooming, and I have mostly grown past them, and want to groom better as just one part of getting better friends.
As an American girl in a Arab culture we take out hygiene serious. I already have amazing hygiene and stuff but I’m always looking forward to learning from you!!
Let’s talk about how and when you take care of yourself bc sometimes buying products won't do nothing , my mom bought all what she needs and still not caring of her self , let’s talk about organising time and give a daily and a weekly time for yourself and have a reason for it , bc what I see with my mom that she only take care of herself when my dad needs her , and also why we needs those products bc my mom don't work with them the right way , I tryed to help her but she told me that I’m young and that I don’t need to shower daily , do my skincare , and do masks and oiling to my curly hair , and not make my nails and do a clean make up (mascara, blush , lip liner , brow gel , gloss )

I remember to only use concealer, eyeliner and lipstick back in my days of adolescence and it really was enhancing my beauty and confidence. Appreciate the reminder of not putting too much perfume since it may disturb others in the hall when working and also looks vulgar. I wanted to try baccarat rouge for long and this is a sign to get it I guess. you are right about selfcare but no not every woman have to prioritize beauty as russian woman do, it feels as there is nothing else that matters when it is considered that way. it is a little sad because education and self improvement are way more important 😊
The idea for this video is very nice! I would love to see a second part! Let's learn about products and get ideas! I totally agree!
this video was great! I'm definitely here for a part 2. Thank you dear Nastya for sharing your loved self care products, your content helps me keep up with a beautiful, classy elegant lady and makes me feel better about myself! I'm also 23 and strive to be better and more elegant everyday. xoxo💗💗💗
Blonde looks good on you!!
Could you please do a „get ready with me“ with your knowledge what you learned in your make up classes?
for many years I have been using Korean products and biologique recherche, can't go back to normal products once you try those. would love part 2 and 3 !
Yes, I habve 3 kids, 6 months, 3 year and 4 year! No sleep, no free time. I think you will change your mind when you will be in sucha situation..
I just want to say that I'm always so excited when is see you post a new video and as a young woman I really admire you! Your videos are so eye opening and helpful 💗
you are glowing girl, I like the way that when you speak with russian accent))
girl im so overworked Its literally hard to wash my hair sometimes but I know you’re right thx felt personal 😂
Guilty of track pants and hoodie with dirty hair when I was fresh in post partum.
But I do feel sooooo much better when I'm fresh and clean.
You are so clear love your vibe
and one more thing to add you are gorgeous inside and out, thank you for being you❤️❤️
girl you have wavy hair! I have the same hair structure, and I started doing the curly method in May. at first it was not very good, but now I have 2b curls and my hair has never looked better
I just need to re watch the beginning few seconds of this video every morning to motivate me to not walk out looking lazy 😂😂 I needed this
I remember to only use concealer, eyeliner and lipstick back in my days of adolescence and it really was enhancing my beauty and confidence. Appreciate the reminder of not putting too much perfume since it may disturb others in the hall when working and also looks vulgar. I wanted to try baccarat rouge for long and this is a sign to get it I guess. I still struggle with my skin care routine, I have hyperpigmentation and it still looks dull beacuse of burnout or even the stress wow, it was an insight to be more mindful of the damage it may cause on the skin. Thank you, I subscribed for more!
I’m so thankful for the advice i got about exfoliation and shaving cream i struggle with sensitive skin
Im from brazil and i use that perfum you mentioned granado folia. Its so affordable. I like another one of that same line called ginga 🎉
I loved the recommendations you showed. I would like more videos about girl's personal appearance and the products that you use.
Yeeesss girl, I wear Burberry Goddess and Her as well!
I’ve been mixing Goddess with Ariana Grande’s God is a Woman fragrance during the day and they mix so well. 😍
Part 2 will be very appreciated :) also a video with your diet would be truly helpful 🎉❤
I just turned 50 and I am minimalist, I learned😅 0:15 0:15 0:15 all kinds of wonderful things from this video, especially when you look for your products since I don’t bother to use nothing but good shampoo in good face moisturizer and that’s about all my routine
Thank you dear and wonderful Nastya for this video!🙏🥰👏You are such a friendly person and it is very inspiring!I love facial, hair and body care..I enjoy the beauty that surrounds me everywhere.✨✨ Your tips and all the products are fantastic! Thanks for sharing them with us.Balance in everything and a positive mindset are key,I agree!I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT VIDEO!🪄🍀❤️❤️❤️💯

I totally agreed, honestly I don’t understand why people don’t take showers.
All the best! 😊
Wow, this video popped up on my feed. I’m stopping at the intro. I’m an exhausted, overworked mom. I’m going on 4 hours of sleep in the last 48 hours. I can’t roll my eyes hard enough.

Girl you’re so pretty🥹
Please do a video on your diet. Like what you eat in a day or generally.
I am an Armenian woman and I was raised to love self care and etiquette. Hygiene was taught to me and I am in awe at what I see here in the westernized culture . I am a massage therapist for many years and I can’t tell you how many woman come in looking like you described. It’s awful and sad at the same time . I see woman who haven’t had a relationship with a comb or a pumice stone for their feet lord have mercy !! Self care self love equals Joy and self esteem! Be presentable show up your best self and basque in your own individual gorgeous selves
Can't wait for part 2
What a wonderful classy feminine pretty girl you are hugs from Australia ❤ very good advice! Ladies embrace your femininity.

Slavic women are beautiful sexy and care how they look. In America omg it's shocking to see how women look here and ao overweight. I love Slavic women they really care how they are present themselves in public❤❤❤❤

Such a valuable video! I don’t often promote books, but the book women’s magic truths on borlest is an exception. It’s packed with insights on wealth and self-care that are not widely known. All the best to everyone
Youre amazing. Such a pleasure watching you ❤
Girls, if you have acne, first of all you need to see a doctor. No psychosmatics will help you. Please, if you have a problem, please go to a doctor!!!!
Amazing content in this video! I rarely suggest anything in comments, but the book women’s magic truths on borlest is a game-changer. It provides deep knowledge on wealth and self-care that can really make a difference. Take care, everyone
Thank you so much for sharing your beauty tips & products!
You told me exactly what I wanted to ask you.
Also I was so shocked to figure out that I had been making you sad because of my sloppiness; lack of self-care.
Мне жаль, Настя. С этого момента я сделаю все возможное🥹💗
You're gorgeous and so kind! I love your videos.
Thank you Nastya, can not wait for part 2 ! ❤
Your, right i can admit I've been outside looking a mess plenty of times , becuse i work so much in scrubs , I've gotten out if buying things to ware when I'm not working so i put on , whatever i can put together quick ! 😅😅😅 i just hope nobody sees me when i go out lol , but i know better then that , have been tought better but the long hours at work make you just want to relax and stay comfortable. Now i want to meet new people so i better get it together .thanks for talking me back into reality.
let’s make effort🥹💗
you are right about selfcare but no not every woman have to prioritize beauty as russian woman do, it feels as there is nothing else that matters when it is considered that way. it is a little sad because education and self improvement are way more important 😊
We definately need part 2, 3... It wil be wonderful if you make it a series.
Please make second one!! Please make the series of this❤❤
just accept that you are privileged and not everyone has the privilege to "look expensive"
I always believed that when i can look good, then why to look bad. Looking good is not luxury its a necessity to me
