Fantastic reaction to a fantastic performance by Morisssette!! The World's Phoenix indeed!! This medley is so great in every way; I cannot imagine it ever being topped!! And I completely understand your face hurting from smiling. I've had the same issue each of the dozens of times I have watched it. So many of Mori's incredible vocal techniques on dispaly, the amazing stage presence, the moves, Mori's stamina, the feel-good vibe, 3rd Avenue, and I imagine with husband Dave Lamar behind the masterful camera work - WOW!! Here’s the thing ….. she is not your run of the mill belter like her countryman often paint her as to excuse their obstinate attitude towards her. She can do ANY genre , any style , and she does it as effortlessly as she does the ballads. This is a generational talent who checks every single box. She is DIFFERENT!!!!!! How and why she isn’t the absolute TOAST of her own country has absolutely befuddled me for 3 years. I think all of her Western fans share the same sentiment. Because of Morissette I have now listened to dozens and dozens of Filipino singers and have not found anyone close to her equal. THEY SAY we have singers like her on every corner and mall!! NO YOU DONT ! You have great singers no doubt but there is only ONE Morissette! Embrace her or one day WE WILL !!!!! If she sang like she does in those David Foster concerts over here in the USA I promise you the HOUSE would come down. Over there she gets golf claps. It’s embarrassing to be honest. We had Whitney , Mariah , Aretha , Christina , Kelly, Carrie so when people over there say she is dime a dozen remind me who their GLOBAL STAR is ? Oh yeah you don’t have one so don’t tell Americans about great vocalists we invented it okay. We KNOW!!! Wake up and smell the coffee people. This is from Studio 28 where she sang GUSTO KO NANG BUMITAW with the same Band 3rd Avenue and again in ONE TAKE after a soft rehearsal, arrangement from Adonis Tabanda on bass guitar and videotogragher was her husband Dave Lamar, a little bit more Mori in this Video would have been better, Dave used at least 4 cameras all filming at the same time and editied together only the vocals was not editied, now Mori Released this on Bruno's birthday October 8th, she is just the best and so humble, she loves every singer like most philippinos, when you hear the hate between the so called singers in the USA it just turns me off even when they can sing for me bye bye, the music Business is hard enough, noone needs jealousy or hate, now try Morissette Amon at thunderbird singing I'LL NEVER LOVE AGAIN and MISS YOU LIKE CRAZY absolutely gorgeous and then try Mori's worship CD one of my favorits is MAN OF SORROW a duet with her husband in favor church, so Thanks for your reaction keep it up.
