Very anal about this scout and your roll is half-ass. Forgive the elitist attitude but hear me out..... All perks in the third column except for Keep Away are jebaits; the reload speed is insignificant, and Keep Away gives range AND reload out of the box for merely existing in the range you'll be in with this scout anyway. Kill Clip and Headstone are the only good fourth column perks, Accurized for range, and Full Bore or Extended for range. Anything else is just bad. The worst part are the reload perks.... again, no change in speed. A single frame maybe. Enlightened Action is great on any other gun.... just not this one. Especially where Kill Clip is involved.... considering you need multiple hits to make EA do it's thing, Kill Clip means less hits which means both perks work against each other. Your third biggest mistake in your claim that this weapon is meant to be hip-fired. Let me make this clear; THIS IS A SCOUT. THIS IS NOT DMT. Hip-firing this gun is fatal. Treat it like a scout and you will go far.
Yup, for a game mode that’s supposed to be the end game for PvP there’s no SBMM. There’s more SBMM for the casual 6v6 playlists, which is the crazy part
From the info in the TWID article it should be for both since the updated Iron Banner and Prophecy weapons fall into the category of enhanced perks when TFS comes out and none of those have an adept version 👍
Debate on long arm: prophet has better perks by a long shot for pvp. Pve wise, long arm clears-unless you use demolitionist and headstone on prophet. DMT is out of the question bc it’s the only 120 scout with perfect hipfire (bc of its catalyst being better than every hipfire gun perk)
If that's what you want to use go for it. Majority of players aren't using double primary in 6v6, so once they're out of special Cascade Point is useless. Even then if you use a sidearm, switching to a scout at that range might not work out. Kill Clip is the safer option overall whether you want to use double primary or not.
Trying to pair it with Stasis is tough considering most abilities are meant for crowd control, just doesn't make sense in PvE since you have Headstone and plenty of other PvP perks I mentioned

Pretty much my thoughts too, although you can get Prophet to be pretty accurate when hip-firing with Hip-Fire Grip and/or Free Hand Grip Mod
As a sidearm main, your lack of mentioning cascade point is a disappointment 😂😂
