Example, when I was younger and left some books in my locker at school, my mum would take a heated metal spatula and beat me with it. But it was just accepted as normal.

No one EVER came up to me and talked to me or tried to comfort me when my mom screamed and yanked me around in public like a psycho
No one comes up to me either. When my friends notice I’m upset they don’t say much other than ask me once if I’m alright. And I’ve recently told my close friends about the abuse my sisters and I face cos of my parents but they just tell me “to deal with it cos they’re my parents” or “I can’t say such stuff cos they’re still my parents”. I hate it. I wish someone would come up to me and help me properly cos the last tome I got help things got worse.

And believe me, he can protect us in ANY situation. God is a loving father. He will protect you, as a father, no matter what your situation. Just call out to Him, in the name of Jesus... he will answer you if you mean it from the heart. If you are desperate enough, you hopefully will try this. God is faithful. Take your problems to him, he will lighten your load.
