phone chargers are 5 v not 6v plus it's impossible to get 3 amps out of that IC.
On USB the connector, you need to close 2 and 3 outputs, otherwise the phone thinks that it is connected to the computer, so the charge controller in the phone will not miss more than 0.5a.
Why are you claiming 3A output with no external transistor when the output switching current according to the datasheet is limited to only 1.5A?
Really messy soldering,a little bit of soldering flux can make it smoother.
PLEASE TRY IT.
Abol i looked closely and the solder has flux core
it is not 3A, maximum 1.5A, see datasheet for MC34063
1.5A is maximum for switching current. So output current is even MUCH smaller than that.

It can produce only 1.5 ampere on that MC chip step down regulator you may add transistor for it for higher Ampere see on datasheet on it😊

It's interesting to see it but it should never be used in real life cuz it's the best way to burn you house especially with your very bad soldering skill. Really you should use some flux paste cuz most of soldering point is "cold solder joint". The worst joint is @ 4'23''
