We South Indians have varieties of idlies and dosa recipes and every region in South has their own style of making them. South Indians will add ghee on top of rice or dosa or even on idli. First learn about South Indian culinary and then say this is bad that is bad spoiled. My only request to everyone is please don't pass any negative comments about food and it's making. Not everybody in India can afford to buy a luxurious place or maintain the hygiene 100% and not everybody can afford to sit in such hotels to eat food. Everything was absolutely perfect, and then came the styrofoam plates! I wish they served the lovely Mulbagal dosey (dosa) on reusable plates or banana leaves.
In Indonesia in this style they make foldover coconut pancakes 🥞 which is their famous street food 🥘!! The way this dosa is made in Bangalore. I am finding a big similarity 🤩🤩! And at the end of the video this dosa is looking very similar to that Indonesian fold over coconut pancake but the only difference that coconut pancake is sweet with chocolate and cheese fillings and this dosa is savoury with sauces and spices 😋😋!
