Also, since you enjoyed this so much I recommend you check out a band called Native Howl doing their song Harvester of Constant Sorrow. (Mashup of Harvester of Sorrow by Metallica and The song Man of Constant Sorrow). You won't be disappointed. 😂

Oh yeah, this Finnish folk-metal band is an experience! Banjos are pretty badass
Their live shows are amazing. Pantera Cemetary gates cover at NYC had even live audience. Usually they play live show videos in the middle of nowhere with less than 3 spectators.
The drummer is using a briefcase/luggage as a base on that ... he just doesnt care and simply does it.
That was fun! Their cooperation with Tarja on a Nightwish song is also really worth watching!
That was a fun time when they had guests, Noora Louhimo visited as well.

First time I heard this one. But I heard so many other songs from them, I trusted they can do something wonderful with it, and yeah, was not disapointed!

😂😂 Yes I've seen them, lots of fun. I enjoyed their version of AC/DC Thunderstruck too. There is also a video with NW former singer Tarja believe it or not, doing NW Sleeping Sun. A fun one to keep in mind once you've done Tarja songs and Sleeping Sun reactions.

@@TheWolffAndTheMelody It's in their series called Eagles Nest that they made during covid when there was no gigs. There is bunch of big Finnish metal musicians as quests and they have these challenges they do for fun and at the end play a song with the quest.
Some good additions to your journey to Finnish heavy metal genre would be e.g. something that we have for our kids: Hevisaurus - 100 ruclips.net/video/lKImPsjpGjQ/видео.html . This is their 100th song and they invited their friends to sing and play with them. You will see some familiar faces in the guest list. This band has seriously talented musicians so do not let the costumes fool you. Also remember to enable subtitles.

DUDE! Dude, man. Dude....I refused to cut my hair until i head banged at a Metallica concert, finally 2 years into college, I could go, here in ATL. Awesome, neck sore i cut it the next day. You should check their version of "thunderstruck" out next. I'm so glad you pointed out the harmonies in the voices, stellar performance. I think they enjoy twistting peoples assumptions. As always, preach the message. So enjoy digging into your catalog. 🤫

@@tribblefluffer Wow I use to listen to their stuff back when they preformed live with a drummer that used a big wood box and kickpeadle, and netalsmithing big irom thing for a symbol.... go check out their older stuff

Saw these guys in a small club in Brooklyn. Few of them are lumberjacks. I asked the giant about revenue sharing requirements and he said it’s normal to pay original artists but “yeah metallic is the most demanding” lol

Hi Steve n seagulls also they do Thunderstruck and also with Tarja. The songs with Tarja are Sleeping Sun and Until my Last breath. With Tarja there was a whole video with thesongs in it. They also do Iron Maidens Trooper

The funniest part is this was sponsored by a farm tractor brand 😀.
This band has a lot of glorious takes on classic songs. One of the recents I like especially is with Noora Louhimo (of Battle Beast) covering Janis Joplin classic Piece of My Heart. It's both hilarious and immensely powerful at the same time.
They are also *extremely* skilled. Most of their videos in RUclips are one take live sessions, and it takes hell of a lot of skill to play with such rag tag set of intruments without sounding ridiculous or lacking _and_ find the core of each song and translate it over to a different genre.

Thunderstruck (AC / DC), The Trooper (Iron Maiden), Nothing Else Matters (Metallica), Cemetery Gates (Pantera), The Pretender (Foo Fighters) are just some of their gems!

Unpopular opinion, but I personally love their version of the Trooper the best, while most tend to love their Thunderstruck the most. Both of which, I absolutely recommend you check out

My cousins and i often rocked to Metallica in the car in the 90's. Nothing like them.
They made bluegrass succesfully, yeah they've been #1 on Billboard bluegrass chart.
