  • This video provides a demonstration of installing a valve, seal and spring onto a 4 stroke as well as a diesel 2 stroke head. It uses both the generic spring compressor, as well as the manufacture, specific lever operated spring compresser.

I've been a diesel mechanic for 12 years only at dealers and I have only pulled 1 valve out. Thank you very much for explaining this with such a great attitude and delivery. I've just watched found this series and can't wait to finish watching it to finish. I would like to see counter bore cut if there is not a video you have done yet. I find it very interesting seeing the behind the curtain operations of before I get the cylinder head to install on the engine. I've probably put on 50+ cylinder heads. Thank you for your time!

I have good battery, it's 12.6v holds charge I just need to test the alternator it's the 3rd one i installed now there's 8.8v coming from the PCM wires to alternator so when I ground the other wire to see if increase in voltage at the battery but nothing. Today I will bypass the those wires his time put 12v to alternator and tap the ground again to see if battery increases to 14v.Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
