This looks delicious! I have been looking for a Cambodian Beef Salad recipe and I am so happy to have found your presentation. It is easy to follow your instructions- especially the step to marinade the beef in lime juice and saving the reserved juice for the sauce. I would like to add thai eggplant. Would it work with this recipe? Thanks for you video!
