Whitewater - NOC GAF Kayaking Trip - Higher Flow - 300 Extra CFS - Big Water

- It was the day of the Guest Appreciation Festival put on by the NOC which means for us paddlers it is Upper Nantahala release day! That extra water makes the lower run about 300 CFS bigger. We had an awesome mixed crew of our NC and AL friends. There was laughter, there were swims but in the end it was a great day. Special mention to our shredder Wes, Lorri's son for crushing it out there! Jes was in her AIRE Tater and Halie finally broke out her new Jackson Flow! Come along with us on this week's adventure!

It was absolutely wild. I’ve seen it busy for an upper release but not like that. I passed to Halie your question regarding the flow. Stay tuned.

@@elevatedlifeadventures oh wow! I was hoping for a one or two sentence response and you come at me with a review! Thanks for sharing. I’m very much interested is this boat and it’s nice to get an intermediate paddler’s perspective rather than the usual class V boaters or sponsored boaters that make everything look easy. I’m trying to get my hands on one locally to demo.
