Its actually pretty common that people who were bullies in high school have a hard time adjusting to the fact that, unlike teens, most adults aren’t really ok w that behavior. In school they were popular for being a bully, so they feel mad that now the people they once bullied are standing up for themselves, confident and successful, etc.

If anyone is curious about being obese and anorexic at the same time: previously anorexia was diagnosed based on weight/bmi. Im not sure what commentary the n-word lady was trying to make, but this isnt woke ideology, its just recognition that fat people also starve themselves to death and just because they didnt become skinny first doesnt mean they dont have a mental disorder.

Im white, but I had undiagnosed autism and adhd- in addition to being trans and queer. I figured out pretty quickly that the system was not in my favor. both my parents are african immigrants. i had a phase where i typed the n word alot just in conversation (never irl!) but i feel uncomfortable even saying it. people (mainly white friends) sometimes jokingly pressure me to say it. black people around me dont seem to care if non black people say it which at first made me think i was in the wrong. i realize now that they were just being dumb and i had every reason to be mad at someone for saying a slur.
