It's filmed in Ramsberg church in Sweden. Built in 1791. Not a catedral, I would say it's a quite typical rural Swedish church. Like if you say "church" to a Swede, I think it's something like this most people see in their heads. It's the actual church where the funeral of his great grandmother Brita was held in 2011, where he was singing "Hallelujah", according to her wishes.
I started following you because I was aware that you were a sincere, quality and honest person and that I could not remain indifferent. Like everyone else, I had losses and I couldn't hold back my tears while watching. Thank you for your sharing. respects
this is a great song I believe Chris wrote this after his grandmother passed, who he was close to. Chris has a fantastic voice you should check out his original songs "if not with you for you " and his covers of " Tennessee Whisky, Ocean Eyes, Wicked Games"
Chris is from Sweden if this is your first time hearing him then check out his covers of " imagine " and " tennessee whiskey " along with his original " something like me " he's an amazing artist with a truly wonderful voice🙏🙏👍👍
@@TheHonestTakeChris Kläfford is that one of a kind with amazing and natural talent. He won Swedish Idol 2017 and got known as the truck driver with the voice out of this world.. And Oh yes he got it!
To answer your question, Chris wrote this song as a way to honor and remember his grandmother that he was very close to. I feel that Knowing That makes the lyrics pop and grab at your heartstrings!! I felt completely overwhelmed had I couldn’t stop myself from breaking down crying like a baby the first times I heard this song, it’s so beautiful and a tribute to his grandmother, in heaven! ❤ @TheHonestTake

I'm sorry for your loss. I'm glad you found the strength and wisdom you needed to make it through it and find a reason to live. We lost our daughter to SIDS when she was 2 months old. We both seriously contemplated suicide the pain was so gut wrenching. We each lived for the other, plus our 2 year old son. We have gotten closer and closer each year. Thank you for your reaction and your story.
This was meant to be tonight. I just suggested this video to a reactor and next thing pops up, and it is this amazing vocalist. I also suggested the live studio version of Angels by Tom Walker to her. Maybe he will magically appear next. Loved your reaction, by the way.
He wrote this beautiful song for his grandmother that he was very close to, it’s a very sad song but filled with love at the same time. Edit: And yes he is Swedish, have you heard him singing Ocean Eyes?
Love chris kläffords voice. Something similar that im sure you would like, too, is the Teskey Brothers. Rain, the color show, or their new Take my Heart. It's Otis Redding reincarnated
Thanks for your reaction when you watch Chris video it was great to see. He won Sweden idol in 2017 and went on to amarican got tallant and place very good there. I am happy that he got a brake thru so ceep spreding his music my friend. Sorry if its a little bad spelling english but you see i am from sweden as well. Take care buddy 🎵
