I am 38 and my skin is pretty "normal" with no dryness or particular oily areas. I do have early signs of aging like fine lines/texture, as well as some sun damage and REDNESS!
I don't use fake tan, but I get very tan naturally in the summer as I have an olive undertone so my face is often a LOT lighter than my body, because I keep my face very well protected to keep my melasma under control and signs of aging at bay!

AGREE, the Lisa Eldridge customer service is incredible .. definitely the best ever .. I just wish all cosmetic companies took a leaf out of their book. I was delivered the wrong shade of the new foundation, emailed them, got an email back literally 4 hrs later with an apology, they re-sent my correct order and paid for the postage return on the wrong delivery. Then a couple of weeks ago I emailed them about a lurex shadow that has been out of stock for at least a year now (because I WANT IT!!!) .. following day I got an update and an apology ... they are quite simply .. FAB!!
Agree! I had issues with a couple of products (sadly, they didn’t work for me), and they were so amazing about it ❤️ I don’t like having to return product, because of waste, but if you have issues, whatever it is, they will come through. I can’t recommend enough!
Just a tip with the saturated formula, try to roll them up as little as humanly possible.
They are so saturated with pigments,so they break easily.
Skyscraper Rose is my favorite. So glad it’s back in her collection. I also order Rainbow Spill and Velvet Blush. Love her collections.
The Je Ne Sais Quoi - Go Lightly comparison I needed!!! I’d die for her to bring that shade back 😭😭
I find Go lightly more coral and brighter, a bit disappointed with Je ne sais quoi actually... The closest I have to Go lightly is Dance card which is great but a bit lighter, love that one too!

@@MoreCoffeePlease. depends on your skintone: dance card better on light skintone, je ne sais quoi works on medium, same coral tone but a shade darker

Lovely swatches. I had been to Lisa's pop up today and tried on the new shades. They definitely surprised me - the shades I was scared off suited me the most. Her colours are just so unique 😍

Bought Strawberry and Rainbow in the matte formula, her lipsticks never disappoint! I am ready for a concealer from her, as well as her blushes to restock. I am all about cream makeup lately! Love your video's!
I love her blush colors but unfortunately they don’t last very long on my skin. I prefer the rare blushes now - they hold a whole day!

I use her lipsticks for blushes. You can use q brush or if pushed for time rub a bit on the side of your hand under the thumb. Rub them together and pat accross your cheeks. Direct tip from Lisa's team.
The fan was not intrusive at all, in my opinion. Please don’t melt for us!! 😂 All of the colors looked fabulous on you. Love your videos!!! ♥️💜💙

Hi, Charlotte! I think that you would love Spirited Away! It is one of my favorites for a nude summer look. It’s brownish, but seems lighter than Meet Me In Berlin.
Such a beautiful color!! I have been wearing Painterly quite a bit this summer. Dance Card is a bit cartoonish on me, but I have been reaching for it a bit more.

Obsessed with Lisa’s lipsticks…well and everything, let’s be honest. This sold me on getting Palazzo and Strawberry Shock next time. Also don’t sweat (literally) about the fan!!! Didn’t mind in the least. As long as I knew what it was haha otherwise that would drive me nuts haha

Strawberry shock is most amazing to me ! Isn’t it a pink red though ! Berlin is my second fave. You didn’t get my absolute fave rosy shell though !

Got my LE lipsticks, and in real life the shades Je ne sais quoi and Atomic cherry are different enough to have them both. I love Night thoughs a lot and those 2 insanely saturated ones are gorgeous ( the formula of these ❤) I love the 2 colors I picked even New Wave.

I ordered 6 (*wince*) and was astounded that they arrived today in Surrey around noon. Just woww. Thankfully none were melted, I was so worried!

Only just seen this but got some of the same. I got strawberry shock, rainbow spill and skyscraper rose and then palazzo, meet me in berlin and night thoughts. I've swatched them all but even now have only worn strawberry shock since i got them as i just can't reach for anything else...i love it so much! It seems like it suits everyone who tries it...I'm light-medium skinned with dark blue eyes and smoky light purple hair.
Hopefully, I'll reach for some of the others as summer ends or i might even actually finish a lipstick for the first time since i was a teenager!

Great picks! I love all of my choices too. As I like Meet Me in Berlin, I am thinking Velvet Affair may be next for me. I love Fawn and Intrigue and find the Velvet lipsticks last better ones my than the Lucents. So I turn to them before meals

Charlotte, you should continue to run the fan while filming videos! We don't want you sweltering. The fan is barely audible. I picked up Je Ne Sais Quoi, Meet Me In Berlin, Love Of My Life and Fawn lipliner. All the shades look fabulous on you! 😊

Palazzo and Meet me In Berlin - are immensely authentic and vibrant on you. And they are worth being bought not only because of the shade - the shade is given a texture, which makes their brightness and dark nuances very light, gleamy and easy for perception. Really, similar shades in different aggregate states - are evoke dramatically different impressions, so what is more important here is choosing the right texture to add to the overall style of one';s makeup. Thanks Charlotte, I somehow managed to pick 2 really similar shades... Je ne sais qoui and Atomic cherry, I can see a slight difference but now I regret that I didn't choose rosy shell instead of one of those 2. My package will arrive tomorrow. I have picked some different colors that you except from je ne sais quoi. I am glad that I didn't pick meet me in Berlin and Palazzo because they have a to much of a brownie vibe for my skintone. I got Night thoughs and I think the more cool darkness would suite my pale skin and dark brown hair much better. I think you can have more of that warmth with your darker skin. I love Palazzo and meet me in Berlin on you. And the strawberry shock lipstick is so nice on you. I picked Sunday Matinee and New wave. ( I am so curious to see if I like that, those really bright colors are out of my comfort zone definitely)
Nothing I would have noticed had you not mentioned the fan because; I literally have *THREE* fans all going on all at once! LOL! But, seriously, surviving our increasingly warmer planet is essential. I'm fading away in the Phoenix, Arizona region.

I love the Lisa Eldridge lipsticks, but the velvet formula is so drying on my lips. I’m reluctant to try the other formulas. All the shades look lovely on you.

Try that tip: put a tiny bit of balm right at the center of your lips once you have applied the velvet, you're good to go...

I didn't notice the fan at all. I live in Florida and am afraid to order lipsticks in the summer!
I have one of the matte ones and can't even use it. So drying and looks horrible on the lips after 20 minutes. Maybe with a balm. Still kinda disappointed. They're expensive. Maybe o need to try the shiny ones. Pretty colors

I heard the fan, but it didn't bother me a bit. Here in Iowa, the temps are often in the 90s F in the summer, so most of us have air conditioning. We only suffer when we go outside. 😅
It was 88 here today and no air con in homes 😅😅

Here in Texas we are in the 100’s just praying they have no blackouts we would die if no air conditioning, especially my furbaby, he has to sit with a fan on him all the time in this hot heat.
