I have the same CPU and low profile GPU as you. But I'm using 32 GB of RAM on an MSI b250m gaming pro mobo and I average about 55 FPS in Zallysia at 1080p. I watched a really good stalker 2 optimization guide video by benchmarkKing and it really helped out.
