PC to PLC communication I Software installation I

When we use any PLC software like GX developer, GT designer, Rockwell etc..
We have to require PC to PLC communication cables and it's drivers. When we bought Communication cables like SC09, RS232,RS485 they provide drivers software also.
Without drivers software we can't communicated.
But there is a problem during installation some error shown
Because of language.
