Fun fact about the Hyperion Battlecruiser from WOL: it’s Yamato Cannon has 0 cooldown and can be fired, regardless of targeting making it possibly the strongest thing in the game (apart from Kerrigan’s implosion of course)
Feels like the Xanthos battlecruiser is the actual gorgon battlecruiser during the heart of swarm where u had to destroy it using the scourge nest due to how Slow its moving.

HotS lacks its own Pride of Augustgrad which was a buffed Battlecruiser like Jackson's Revenge. Maybe this is because it was replaced by Valor of Vardona in later mods. And WoL Hyperion has a HotS model while in the campaign it looks like an ordinary Battlecruiser (and still does, Blizzard don't care about revisiting previous campaigns and fixing things like this or Tal'darim and Umojan skins).
I love the Gorgons. Sooooo much... it´s a shame that you can't play directly with noone. But if could, I sure build a entire Fleet of them and blow up the entire universe.
Hyperion is modified transport ship, first mengsk modified it during his war with old government, then Raynor stole it after Tychus gave himself in for both of them
@@AlexGrom Hyperion was originally a Terran Confederacy battlecruiser which crash-landed on a fiery planet near Umojan Protectorate territory, courtesy of a navigation error, well out of range of Confederate hailing frequencies. According to Starcraft Wiki, that is.

actually the unused unit Shadow Battlecruiser Yamato Cannon also has 0 cooldown, and can fire super long range 😆

Interesting, I forgot there's like 8+ classes of Battlecruisers and didn't know about the Shadow BC
the Shadow BC is the unused Gorgon version. It's almost similar to Gorgon but doesn't have normal attack

The battlecruiser always has been my favorite unit design in al Starcraft Universe.
Feels weird seeing a gorgon battlecruiser uses only 4 tiny engines compare to the behemoth bc hyperion that uses 6 engines.

Shadow bc can cast yamato cannon with 0 sec cooldown . From any range if it has vision. So i would say its the strongest but heliols os the fastest
Never was a fan of the BC skin used for the likes of Jackson's Revenge, Loki, or Gorgons. I do like the Hyperions and Pride of Augustgrad.

It's an unused unit that similar to Gorgon Battlecruiser
Shadow battlecruiser is prob used during Hans and Horner co op mode call in the fleet, cause all it can do is Yamato cannon.
