As a CPA, I hate the term “tax loophole”, it implies that someone is circumventing tax law through some clever deceptive trick. “Loopholes”, in this sense of the term, literally do not exist in the tax code. There are explicitly written tax rules that might be heavily favored towards wealthy people who were able to lobby for those rules. That does not make those rules loopholes. If you have an issue with that, then you have an issue with the tax law, not the person who is legally exercising their right to take advantage of that tax law as it is written.

Like he says if everyone has a problem with it confront the tax laws not him. Most business owners use write offs and depreciation to their advantage on low and high end scales. You'd be an idiot not to, especially when you look at how governments spend taxes. At the end of the day you're probably going to spend that money a lot better on yourself than the government on it's nation if your smart enough to make a play like this

No one can roast ‘em like Trump can. For 30+ years Clinton’s did nothing but now she wants to come in and make a change? Get out of here!!! Useless

lmao he still does. its the campaigns of hate against him that make you think he's dwindled in energy in fact he's been spitting fire and still is.

    Absolutely disgusting moderation.
"Did you use a loss to 'avoid paying income tax'?" - Cooper
Trump explains how tax code and write offs work and that if it's so bad, Hillary could have worked to change the tax code, but hasn't.
"Can you say how many years you have avoided paying federal income taxes?" - Cooper
This is like asking someone "do your parents know you are crazy?" If you say yes or no it means you are crazy.
I mean, when you flat out ignore a strong answer and then just go for these one liners that make someone look guilty instead of actually being legitimate questions or engaging off their dialogue. It's just corrupt.

They aren't "loophoes." They're provisions in the tax codes that are legit because as Trump said, the people who donate the money want them in place. There's nothing "loophole" about it.

There is a huge difference between tax evasion and tax avoidance. If politicians really had an issue with the later. The would have closed the loopholes years ago.

The problem people usually don’t have good points they’re just speaking the truth right or wrong if you can’t be manipulated you will be silenced but they overestimated how few truth seekers there are there’s no fan culture in this if your a whole person you can’t value any other person more than yourself
