Mix the cornstarch with the tuna and your dinner will be ready in 4 minutes.
I will start this recipe, separating all the liquid from the tuna, which is contained in the can.
I will put it in a colander and I will squeeze it well, with the help of a fork in this way as I am doing.
Now in a container I am going to add 3 eggs.
I'm going to season with a teaspoon of salt.
One teaspoon of ground oregano.
A pinch of black pepper
And I will mix everything very well.
Next, I am going to add a tablespoon of cornstarch to it, and I will mix very well until there are no lumps.
After having incorporated the cornstarch well, I will add a little finely chopped parsley.
And all the tuna already strained.
And this way we should have our mix.
Next in a pan, I will add a little oil, and with a silicone brush I will spread it very well.
After doing this step, I will add all of the mixture to the skillet.
Cover and cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
After this time, with the help of a plate I will turn it over.
Cover again and let cook for 2 more minutes.
