This could be the singer of the most mysterious song of the internet. It sounds to me like he darkened his voice a bit for this cover than he did on the mystery song. I know a band where the singer actually has a higher voice but sings many songs much lower. The difference then sounds similar even though it's the same singer. But who knows.
Christian Brandl (the singer) would be the most plausible singer for TMMSOTI, but there needs to be concrete evidence to support this. So far, his collaborator, Ronnie Urini is the closest person to be with Brandl, but he keeps changing his story, ranging from “I’ve never heard of this song” to “we wrote a few lyrics” to “we definitely recorded this”. Other people have said to be booked for sessions of recording for TMMSOTI, but again not much evidence to support this. The voice definitely sounds like Brandl, but I'm not sure the music style is one of his - I'm happy to be wrong. His untimely death does explain why nobody has come out to claim they wrote the song. But until we have a reliable witness and evidence, this is purely an assumption.
Any this is my new favorite safe place song, I don’t live in pain anymore is that a coincidence, yes and no if you believe that everyone and everything is a flow, if so, you do then you surpassed delusions and personify, you see everyone going past you but you see out of a new perspective, it like watching you as a, fast forward movie and letting everyone and the flow of time pass... if someone picks at me I’ll let them there’s no point in stopping them anyway. I love this place I can relax here now,

Alvin is not ruled out. I believe he sounds more like the singer of TMS than Brandl does. I think it’s more likely still that it was some guy from an amateur band that never went big.
