I love playing with flashes and gravity cube on the spear. sliding into a cube allows you to spin and move at high speeds and a flash behind you allows you to start spinning and escape alot easier.
shark isnt it better to bunny hop instead of sliding (if you dont have a descending terrain of course like in the training) before the heavy attack of the spear to keep your momentum while exiting a zipline? I do believe that running is faster than sliding in standard momentum so certainly jumping should be better?
depends…. i tested with bhop but at low soeed the spear will slow your momentum down so you go further with the slides compared to hops but it may be better in some situations to hop like when u cant slide or when ur really fast, good point tho, will be included in pt 3
Do you have tips vs a dash light?
be next to your teammate and never chase them, you can try for a quick aoe kill with charge n slam which I will show in pt 3 but you have to kill them before they dash out of range

Can't you get banned for emote canceling?
nope, think about it realistically for a second, imagine if embark starts actually banning (which they havent, i have closely monitored embark oscar's response against animation canceling and reading the discord.) which will be thousands of people from last season INCLUDING all those who used EC in videos

I think Ottr has a video about people getting banned for emote cancelling with the sword. I think you can appeal that ban, and it’s a slap on the wrist. Just something to note ig. They will ban you over being repeatedly reported, but that’s unlikely with the spear as what you’re doing probably doesn’t even register in people’s mind the way the sword exploits did

The most important function of the spear is to push cashout station. It does it incredibly well. Recently I kept pushing the station into the abyss to the right of the Seoul bridge, and somehow pushed it on the bridge itself, where I exploded said bridge and accidentally made the entire enemy team fall
