You could do either depending on when you start it. But ideally I would do low for about 4-6 hours. That’s what I’ve found works for mine but I swear my crockpot is hotter than it should be! Lol hope that helps!

So how long do you put it in the crockpot for ? Do you cook it on a low or high temperature in the crockpot? Thank you!
