20 years ago when I was a single mom of two and was in university full time plus teaching and performing, freezer meals were my normal. I called it binge cooking since the expression ‘meal prepping’ wasn’t a thing yet. Shop and prep once and we had food all month. Now I live somewhere with frequent power outages so I limit my freezer meals to what can be eaten in three days and am canning for longer than that. But I still only really cook two or three times a month. This is the only way to go if you’re juggling a million things.
If you know you are going eat some of these during the week. Could you put some in the refrigerator instead of the freezer? How long do they last in the fridge?
I'm new here. My gluten allergy came back after I had my last baby. It took 5 years to come back. So I need to get back on the wagon of gf. My friend and I are going to do a freezer meal prep day I think we will use most of these I am going to try to get the email. God bless
I have been instructed by my chronic Lyme Dr. To start a mediterranean diet to limit toxic overload. I don't see that you have a mediterranean diet on this subscription. Do you by chance actually have a mediterranean diet available?
