Great video as always! But about the so called ''CF'' role.. i think fifa just wanted a positon to symbolice that its a false nine. Strange but probably for the new football fans.

The only thing I do with the CF position is use it in player development then when I'm happy with it I change back to Striker. Thanks for the vudeo fella.

I'm sorry to say it but as an Italian I kinda relate to the Centre-forward role,in italian I thinks is the translation of "seconda punta"= "second striker". A seconda punta is a striker that supports the prima punta (striker), he's usually a very technical striker that gives a link from the midfield in order to assist or play with the main striker who is more physical. For example, Dybala has the attributes of a perfect second striker. But if you don't have an idea of what I'm talking about,check some attack duos we have in Serie A like Lautaro-Lukaku,Dybala-Abraham or Di Maria-Vlahovic. According to you what you said, the description you gave to the false 9 is exaclty what we called those player who can play as seconda punta. So I think what EA means as CF centre-forward. There's nothing wrong about your video, it's perfect, I think is a matter of translation

You could try retraining Gakpo as a ST and using him as a false 9 as well, since that’s something they do sometimes as well.
