thanks for your talk! Really helpfull and good! I try to do one things everyday that scares me from september 2015 and i have done it 90-95 % of the days. I have done all kind of epic stuff with the wim hof method, be open about my schizophrenia, make jokes about schizophrenia on facebook, perform as a comedian about schizophrenia, eat things i don't like, do things alone, like going to a restaurant, dress different, take oppurnities in business. I have noticed that i toke far more chances and accomplish more in my live. The fear is some kind of thing that keeps me away from a oppurnity. And if i am doing it is almost never scary. It happens me only 2-5 times it was really scary when i was doing it. That was when i took a cold shower of 2 hours and did some other epic stuff with the cold. (December 2016)
