Bagless Day for Pre Primary Lotus Buds

The Pre-Primary Department of LVISN ventured with the Lotus Buds on September 25, 2024 deep into the forest, where they encountered a clever cap seller and some mischievous monkeys playing tricks! As part of the school's Bagless Day initiative, which aims to encourage a love of learning and spark curiosity about the world around them, our talented teachers presented a timeless tale, "The Cap seller and the Monkeys," full of humour and life lessons. The session aimed to provide a fun, educational experience that fostered students' cognitive, emotional, and social development. The story, known for its humour and moral lesson, was chosen to captivate the young learners' imaginations and ignite their interest.
Our storytellers captured our Lotus Buds’ attention from the very start, using vibrant expressions, animated gestures, and engaging voice modulation to bring the characters to life.
Alongside fueling their creativity and sense of wonder, the Lotus Buds also mimicked the monkeys' playful actions, which filled the room with laughter and excitement.
The story session made learning fun and meaningful for the young learners and taught them to stay calm and use one’s intelligence to solve problems. The overall experience encouraged them to reflect on the importance of patience and becoming resourceful in overcoming life’s challenges.
