Hi, very good content, I am from Honduras (Central America), but I came to pursuit my master degree at Pennsylvania, I really learned a lot with this vídeo.
Hi. I’m actually doing my thesis on bee diversity in our local area. Sadly, I couldn’t find someone who can identify and certify my bee species for me. So I’ve been on a limbo trying to decide whether or not to pursue this. But do you think I could use online resources (which are, like yours, from foreign countries) to assist me in identifying my bee species?
I don't know about the specifics of your country / region, but in general resources from other countries could be helpful for identifying bees to genus level, assuming your area has similar genera (which may or may not be the case). Species-level identification would require resources / expertise from your area.
Good presentation. Good luck in new sories about bees.
