This is a great start for someone who only has a car. But if you have a jeep or truck you could add in Titus Canyon, Race Track, the Charcoal Kilns, Ubehebe Crater, Striped Butte Valley, Salt Creek Pup Fish, and if ever reopened Scotty's Castle.
Thank you so much Zac and Ine....it is so many useful info and highlight watching your video and the shots are so professional ...love it short and precise....two thumbs up!!
Hi, we'll spend two weeks this October: Las Vegas, Gran Canyon and other parks. I've just listened that this is not a suggested month to visit the Death Valley, so we are in doubt. Any advise is appreciated in general.
If you're heading to Grand Canyon from Las Vegas you might as well spend more time in that area... Arizona has lots of amazing places like Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Monument Valley, Sedona. Also Bryce Canyon and Zion NP are highly recommended in Utah, not far from the Arizona border.
Best to check the national park website for updates and alerts. The last we’ve seen was: “Death Valley is partially open. Access to most major points of interest along paved roads is possible, however, many secondary and backcountry roads in the park remain closed due to storm damage”
The DVNP has been closed due to tropical storm Hilary. The storm damaged roads covering them up w sand and rock and washing the road out entirely from flash flooding. DV is definitely a dry place, but water is the key to life and the park comes alive w flowers and colors few get to see. DV is my favorite place to be.

Very well done. As someone who lives close enough to have visited about 150 times, I think this is the best overview video I've seen on YT.

Thanks for the Video but Personally i don't think i'm ever going to Death Valley......Too DRY!
i prefer Water and Trees
✌✌
It’s definitely a dry place lol!
It's great in February or March. I've been there 5 times. I would never go anytime CLOSE to summer, though. lol
Is the park open now? Did you make it to Horse Race Track?

Is it true, this is where the grubberment filmed the fake 1969 moon landing?
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I wonder what happens if we artifically watered this dry places?
That might be something we'll do in the future...
