You can use heavy cream, put it in a mixer or jar… put it on high speed till it completely separates out. It will go from heavy cream- Whipped cream- butter. Them make sure to drain out all of the liquid from the butter, and make sure to rinse you butter in cold water.

Later, curd/plain yogurt is added to malay and left for 24 hours.Fresh Butter is formed at the top and at the bottom there’s buttermilk which is said to be healthy for skin..:)

You don't need one. Fill a mason jar about 3/4 full of heavy cream, put the lid on and shake the hell out of it until the solids clump up. Pour off the liquid and the remaining lump is butter. The agitation is what's important, not the machine...the centrifuge is just showing off.
In India, after boiling milk everytime we collect the cream and store it in the fridge until we have collected 2-3 cups of cream. We put the cream in a matka (earthen pot) and add curd (yogurt) to it. We use a wooden tool called Churner in english to churn it until the butter separates from the cream. Take out the butter and store it in cool water in the fridge. The remaining liquid in the earthen pot can be used to make buttermilk.

As someone who doesn’t use headphones, I’m shocked at how you could get the sound to go through one ear and another just through speakers

The volume goes lower in one speaker and higher in the other, it doesn’t really stop. Just low enough to make it look like the sound is coming from one speaker.

As a person that doesn’t have or know where to get a centrifuge I find this tutorial amazingly useful
You don't need one. Fill a mason jar about 3/4 full of heavy cream, put the lid on and shake the hell out of it until the solids clump up. Pour off the liquid and the remaining lump is butter. The agitation is what's important, not the machine...the centrifuge is just showing off.

In India, after boiling milk everytime we collect the cream and store it in the fridge until we have collected 2-3 cups of cream. We put the cream in a matka (earthen pot) and add curd (yogurt) to it. We use a wooden tool called Churner in english to churn it until the butter separates from the cream. Take out the butter and store it in cool water in the fridge. The remaining liquid in the earthen pot can be used to make buttermilk.
