your video is clear, detailed and the only one I found on YT like you said! Followed it to the T and just like that…I am good to go. Thank you so much for your video and sharing your experience.
Thanks for the very detailed video John!! I've got to do this to my wife's 2020 Rogue!! I've hated those ugly yellow halogen driving light bulbs ever since she got this car! I'm like you, I don't know why Nissan didn't put LED's in them factory!! Thanks again!!
Thanks for taking the time to make the video. come to find out that my passenger fog lamp was not working since the day I purchased the 18 Rouge new from the dealer. I didn't want to make an inconvenient appointment with the dealership and spend a possible day there. I viewed your video on how to change the fog lamp and it was very helpful. when I accessed the area I found that the connection from the bulb to the socket base was hanging there! It probably was NEVER attached properly and fell off. Go figure. it saved me a lot time I'm sure. Thanks again. Oh I'm not sure if you mentioned to your viewers that it's a #15 Torx driver to remove the shroud.
Followed your exact instructions today for my 2017 Rogue (same color) and it worked perfectly, Thank you! Was able to do it without a Jack. Used the LastFit H11 Amazon $39.00. Please video any other replacements you might do to your Rogue.
Thank you for making this video, my wife just got a rogue today and was wondering how this would have been done, you made it easy for me now, thank you :)
Thanks for the video, I've been trying to figure out the best way to change mines. Nissan was dumb for this move on the fog lights. I finally went ahead and did it today. I decided to go in through the wheel well, since I didn't have a low profile jack. Just turned the wheel to the right to do the left and vice versa. For anyone doing this, you need a T15 screwdriver to remove the screws and a small flat head to remove the little clamps.
Thanks, John! My wife’s 2017 Rogue is due for State Inspection Wednesday and the Drivers Side Fog Lamp is out. The manual said “see Nissan Dealer for replacement”. Already dropped about $1100 there this summer on other things so looking to do any DYI Maintenance I can. Thanks again.
Thank you for the video. You will need a T15 Torx screwdriver. Passenger side is a breeze to get to. Driver side needs a warning if you have big arms it is kind of a bear to get around that black box. All good thanks for the help
Exactly like you said in the video there is no another video like this. I was searching for weeks as I wanted to to replace the bulbs to Led like yourself. The yellow bulb that does not look right is there any chance you could upload a link to where you purchase the LED's? Also just another quick question do you know if the rear fog lights are meant to come on when you put the front fog lights on? As mind do not light up I am beginning to think they are just reflectors on the back lol
My wife has a 2019 Rogue SV with the technology package. It has the entire little panel on the driver's side bottom left (button stash for heated steering wheel, eco, etc). Now the only thing her car is missing is the subwoofer, sunroof, fog lights and leather seats. I want to add fog lights as they are cheap to add but her button area is full. She doesn't have any blank buttons. Where could I add the button to turn them on? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Great video BTW. I have a 2019 Nissan Rogue SV with Tech Package and don't like the stock yellow Halogen Headlights that are in a Non-projecting reflector housing. I would like to upgrade the headlight bulbs or complete projecting type housing with LED/Zenon bulbs. I enjoyed the Zenons on my 2015 Platinum Murano and want the same projecting light as those. I may not have a similar outcome by replacing the Halogen with an LED "within a Reflector lens" since it may not project well but would be a DISPERSED white light. A projector housing replacement will be costly ($$$$$) or just do a bulb replacement with H11 bulbs? What would you recommend? Thanks.

I think they did regular halogen to keep the cost down / keep it at certain prize point. Rogue SL’s have a ton of amenities more so than Toyota rav4 of same year and other suvs of same type. BUT Nissan also cut some small corners like regular halogens on the fog lights to keep costs down and compete with their rivals.
