Two questions:
1. Does the phone functionality still work via bluetooth?
2. In order to use Waze you need an internet connection. I'm assuming I could use my phone as hotspot to give the Daisata connection? Or are there other ways?

1.Yes bluetooth still work great
2. I have a sim card dongle plug in the back for internet connection with 5gb of data.
I can also use my phone hotspot in case my dongle is out of data

Hi, thanks for your video, it helped me to install it too. Question: did you screw it to the car, or did you just lock it by panels? I don’t see any fixture for screwing it to car itself, a bit worried that it can fall out after an unfortunate road bump

i have a 2017 rogue without the bose system, i just bought (second hand) a dasaita android screen but it came without the factory stereo adapters,...
long story short, i connected everything, even the rear view camera works, but i just cant manage to find the wires to connect the steering wheel audio controls. . . could you please check to which wires do the, "key 1" & "key2" orange wires on the android stereo go to the car harness? ?
What's the pink plug for? Can't figure out where to connect it on the aftermarket radio I bought

Hey awesome video where did you place the gps cord opposite end of the coax ?
The blue end of that wire goes to the factory roof antenna since my car has factory navigation.
If you dont have the factory navigation then the system comes with an antenna that you can mount on the dash....

I have a Nissan Rogue in need of Android Auto that I am considering fitting with the screen.
1. Do all the tools needed come with the unit? Particularly the tool used to remove the panels. I don't want to damage the panels.
2. Does the android auto connect with wires or wirelessly?
3. I'm concerned about the steering wheel controls and rear camera. Do they still work with the new screen?

I tried to install a similar one on a 2015 1.6 nissan x-trail all good outside as I don't go 360 cameras. Do certain wires need to be connected besides those that are already connected? Thanks

thats a ton of wires just for 6 plugs, seems the manufacturer couldn't make it tidy or simple, i feel thats a fire hazard waiting to happen
Was your connection to the rear camera just an RCA connector?
How do you adjust the time on your dash when you’ve installed an aftermarket stereo unit? My system says to do this through the stereo but i can’t because its not original

Use the dashboard monitor to navigate to Music. Make sure you're in Aux (use the stereo for this step if necessary).
On the steering wheel, hold ENTER for 8 seconds. If successful, the dashboard monitor should now read "Set Time". Use > to do this. Press Enter again to save the time.

Hello dear, I have bought a dasaita 10.2 for my camry but it's very slow on start! It takes almost 3 minutes to let you change the volume! if I touch the plus or minus after almost 10 minutes then I have to wait for 10 seconds to see and hear changing. Do I have to change something in settings or should I deal with this, thanks in advance!

No there is nothing to change after install apart from signing into a google account.
I suggest contacting Dasaita as they are very useful and quick to reply.
Also they have diffent processor available but still wouldn't take this long.

My car came with Nissan Surround View so i already had 4 cameras from factory and all i had to do was plug the wiring harness
How did make your 360 camera and back up camera work ??? I have the Sony 8100 and both camera don’t bother to stay on less then 20

I didn't have to do anything its comes on by itself when in Reverse and I can also activate it with a set button of my choice

I havent tried the input jack since i dont really have anything to it .
Its completely useless since everthing is wireless or i plug in by usb.

For a more accurate model message dasaita and they will confirm which model you need for your car , That way if they give you the wrong model they will be responsible

So my daisata headunit arrived. I installed it. It works perfectly fine. But I am having an issue with phone calls. The microphone quality is too bad. Its barely audible to the person on the other side. How is yours ?
Mine is good.
Are you using the built in mic or the external mic included?
GoneRogue I actually plugged in the external one that came in the box. not sure which one of both being used
@@letusgo If you plugged in the mic then the system is using the external mic.
Remove it and try making a call see if the quality is better.
GoneRogue I removed the external mic, but call quality is still bad. I mean other person is still not able to hear me clearly.

Us spec don't get park assist so don't know.
Where did you buy all these harness
The Harness came with the Dasaita headunit , Basically made to plug one side in Nissan Factory wiring and the other in Dasaita headunit.
Do make sure you get the right wiring as Nissan has 6 different types of Harness depending on option you Nissan came with such as Bose , surround view cameras , parking assist and so on.

@@LUCKYGUYPUMPING Did you notice if all old functionalities work properly with the new multimedia. The 360 view camera, the auto parking mode, does the radio starts when you turn off the car and the start the engine again,does the multimedia gets darker when you start the head lights... Did you noticed some issues overall?
