i always feel bad about not being able to practice daily with my own disability, and sometimes that guilt puts me in an "all or nothing" mindset where i feel like it's not worth practicing at all if i can't do it daily, so this was reassuring to watch. and so beautifully filmed! thank you for sharing 🖤
Thank you so much for your video. I'm a druid and run a grove where we take inclusion and accessibility very seriously and I've learned so much by reaching out and listening to disabled people (there is A LOT of ableism - sometimes unconscious - in spiritual communities!) about how make the sort of safe and validating community you described. I really think it's something that should be talked about more openly.
Yes, I made it the question. I am also disabled from several things, so fire is not an option, and candles are limited to natural wax and unscented. I stir good health and serenity into my tea and oatmeal. Then I look out the bathroom window and look at the yard, the trees and some of my plantings that I can see from the window. I exchange blessings with the trees and the sun, and before bed with the moon.
Another excellent video from you! I'm so glad you made this. I hope you feel able to continue expressing yourself confidently and compassionately like this, you have so much of value to give us.
Witch? Druid? I don't care which of these (or any other) label you choose for yourself -- I will simply label you a wise, caring, and intelligent human being. :-) I found your channel through Bex (The Witches' Cookery) and was unsure if I wanted to subscribe, but I clicked on the "Subscribe" button before this video ended.
Merci pour cette vidéo 🙏 très vraie, j’adhère totalement ❤. De tout cœur avec toi 😊
