- Upgrade step summary
1. set up a connected pc to be a TFTP server and copy the IOS image to its directory
2. copy tftp:cat9k_iosxe.16.12.03a.SPA.bin flash:
3. boot system flash:packages.conf
4. install add file flash:cat9k_iosxe.16.12.03a.SPA.bin activate commit
5. process switch reload and verify new image
6. install remove inactive
