I seriously did not know we could do that with our TV! I have Bluetooth inears that my husband takes from me all the time 😂 he could watch any of the Avengers Movies for the 10th time at any volume. This is great!
I have a FireTV and RokuTV. I've connected the Roku like you show, but found it's not that reliable. Sometimes the sound just stops when my phone is about 8 feet away from the TV and hasn't moved. I haven't connected my headphones to the FireTV. I don't suppose there's a way to power my soundbar and my headphones at the same time?
I'm not sure about powering your headphones and soundbar at the same time unfortunately. As for the Roku connection, the only issue I've experienced was latency with the audio at times. I haven't figured out how if there's a way to correct that, either.

Thanks for the help. Carry on 👍
